"The hotel is located right next to the train station. Every time the train passes by, you will hear the rumbling all day and night. It is very noisy! The hotel seems to have no sound insulation equipment at all. When the bolted doors are opened in the rooms on the left and right next door, you can clearly hear the bang bang sound! Our whole family had trouble falling asleep! The front desk clerk allowed me to check in early and let me put my luggage, which is appreciated."

"Room was satisfactory for the time we were there. However, the noise in the surrounding rooms made the experience poor. People playing loud music to all hours of the night and morning and slamming doors was ridiculous! The noise was so bad a couple of nights that my sister and I couldn’t sleep and had to turn on our TV to try to drown out the noise! Please police this, implement a “quiet time” policy, and address offenders!"

"We did book the hotel 2x and we see improvement. Breakfast is available apple, yogurt, cereals, coffee, pancakes and we are always greeted by Lucy. She's so nice and smiling. There's laundry area and the rooms are ok. They clean it daily. Chair looks filthy though but were not sitting on it so I don't mind."
