"Our prepaid reservation for two rooms at the divi links was moved to the divi dutch village because of a mistake they made at divi (not trip.com) to say that we were downgraded is an understatement from the environment to location to staff it was a noticable difference however our stay price still remained the same. My mothers room often had the smell of **** because of the neighboring room and after 3 complaints nothing was done to resolve it. Our room was alright close to the pool. Will not return."

"All was good. At check-in, they forgot to give me a card for the towels. They now have a strict policy for getting towels, which was a bit stressful, but the towel hut lady was kind and gave me towels anyway. The room smelled of mold, and I had to buy Lysol to cover the odor. The oven did not work, and the sink was plugged. The cleaning lady was very nice, though. The only real issue I had was at the bar. What seemed to be a dutch supervisor named Roderick made me feel very uneasy. He grabbed the bartender and was clearly talking about me and a friend I had over. So unprofessional. If you have doubts about something, address it more subtly. That ruined my whole experience, and I never went back to the bar at The Links. He is obviously not service-minded, which is a real concern on the island overall."

"This place is a hidden little gem. Immaculately kept. Efficiency apartment set up beautifully. We had a queen bed. Very spacious. Beautifully designed. The grounds are very tropical. It was really pretty. You need a code to get into the gate and to get out of the gate. This you have to acquire  before you actually arrive which we did not have so we needed to call for that. thankfully, they were easy to reach with a phone number that is listed at the gate so we were able to get the code to enter. Also, your room has keyless entry. You need a code for that too. No carrying key cards which is great. The only negative about this place is that the mattress was not as comfortable as I was hoping for. And it’s right across the street from  Super foods. So no view. We were only staying for one night because we have a timeshare on Palm Beach so being so close to a supermarket benefited us we were able to shop before we moved to our timeshare the next day."
