"Worst hotel I think we have ever stayed at. No A/C in the rooms, only fans. The street noise was absolutely terrible. The bed felt like I was sleeping on concrete, pillows could be better. Look someplace else if you want a good night sleep. Hopefully my morning coffee will be better."

"I booked 3 nights in the Master Suite, a room we’ve stayed in several times before. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that the A/C in that suite wasn’t working and that we would be downgraded to another room. However, I happened to walk by the suite I had reserved and saw that it was already occupied by someone else. Clearly, the story about the A/C was a lie. When I confronted her, she changed her story and claimed the mattress was damaged. It wasn’t until I mentioned legal action that she sent me to the front desk to “resolve” the issue. We ended up staying in the downgraded room simply because we had a tight schedule and were already there. Unfortunately, every staff member we interacted with tried to cover for one another, each repeating different excuses. The owner was present and offered a complimentary dinner, but I didn’t want a free meal—I just wanted the suite I paid for. The downgraded room felt cheap and neglected. The shower doors were covered in old soap scum, and the room showed clear signs of wear and tear. After this experience, we’ll be looking for a new hotel in the area. It’s disappointing to see such poor service and dishonesty from a place we used to enjoy. A real shame."

"The stay was pleasant, and I had a great time, however, during the reservation I was not told that I would not have access to the pool, since it was under renovation, I would recommend that these situations be discussed on the reservation page, in addition to the fact that I consider the room service to be deficient, because when I requested food, they took a long time to respond and did not have any of the options they gave me."

"Horrible hotel. Room was clean but extremely noisy from the road, the hallway and the rooftop terrace constantly dragging furniture around. Every time a bus paused outside, the building vibrated (and there are a lot of buses). The room smelled musty and the towels were thread bare. Also, no housekeeping. Finding the hotel was challenging even with the instructions sent. Parking is separate like nearly all places in Orizaba but close. It was cold in the room and no heat, only AC."
