The hotel seems to mainly cater to trekking groups, which makes sense given its close proximity to key trekking routes and local attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English, which made communication easy. The location is very convenient, as it’s close to everything—from restaurants to shops and transportation hubs. Extra bonus: money exchanges! One thing to note: hot water is limited, so if you’re sharing a room and want a hot shower, I recommend going first! If you're planning a trekking adventure or just need a clean and functional place to stay in Osh, this hotel is a solid option."

"Stayed here in June 2023 with friends and family. Hotel is located in the centre of town and is close to the Osh Bazaar, as well as lots of restaurants. There are also banks nearby for money exchange. The hotel is clean and staff are efficient. We checked into a room with extra bed already laid out…it was on the floor, but that’s fine as it was comfortable. Room was large and faced the street, but still quiet. Bathroom could’ve been bigger, and better set up. Lobby has a “bar” but they only serve non-alcoholic drinks…but the staff is happy to help with everything. Breakfast was in the restaurant at lobby level and was fairly standard for Kyrgyzstan. WiFi was uneven. Overall, it’s the best hotel in Osh."
