"Great place to stay if road tripping between the islands of Japan.
Lovely staff, good breakfast and great bath.
Would recommend anyone staying to ask for a different pillow as the ones provided are about as comfy as lying on concrete. Which is sad because everything else here is amazing."
"In conclusion, I thought that if I paid the same amount, it would be suitable for a normal hotel, not a hotel of this type. I don't think there will be a revisit.
【House】
It was nice to have a cleaner feeling than I had imagined. However, it is a pity that the window itself was not completely closed and insects were all-you-can-eat because of the old folk house.
【Equipment】
The water was modern and nice, but the location of the shower in the bath was subtle.
The temperature adjustment part was too low and the chair was too low.
Staff
There were variations depending on the person, which was very disappointing. For example, at the breakfast venue, there are days when they will explain and days when they will not, and the level of service varies depending on the staff.
Also, the breakfast venue was rushed from beginning to end, so I couldn't calm down and eat."
"I wanted to write too much this night at my grandparents’ house, because I was too touched. The sincerity, enthusiasm and meticulousness of my grandparents deeply moved us. I was already in my 80s and I was still doing everything seriously. The spirit of everything infected us. The breakfast prepared for us the next morning was very rich and very good. Local features, although the language is not available, but we talked a lot. It’s really beautiful. Let’s talk about the beautiful small city of Yiyu Changbin. The Changbin Bridge is at the door of Grandma’s house. I admired this beautiful and quiet place at 6 o’clock in the morning. There is a monastery nearby. It’s like a paradise, away from the world. Enjoyed this beach when I left. I have just left and I have begun to miss it. I hope my grandparents are healthy."
"The hotel is super suitable for those who who aim for running away from modernization. And enjoy a peaceful moment of your own. Do remember you have to make reservations so that the staff will prepare dinner for you otherwise you need to drive a few miles to search for food elsewhere. The facilities are a bit aged but at least it doesn’t bother us from enjoying the stay."
The Kanogawa Onsen Kanogawaso provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. Visitors to Ozu will find that the Kanogawa Onsen Kanogawaso is a fantastic accommodation choice. Uchiko Station and Matsuyama Airport are located 16km and 60km away respectively. There's plenty to do nearby, with 丸山公園(しゃくなげ谷), Hijikawa Wind Museum Utamaro and Kanogawaenchi Hijikawa Prefectural Natural Park all within a short distance. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing.
"It was a place I chose for a new experience, but it was a place where the advantages and disadvantages coexist. Once the closed bridge is remodeled and provided as a hostel, the facilities are not comfortable, and the location is a bit remote, so if you don't choose the route well, it's a bit difficult to drive. However, the staff who operate are so friendly and the breakfast is great, so if you want a new experience or make good memories with your family, this is a recommended accommodation."
