"My family and i love this hotel. Its our second time there. The staff is so nice and welcoming.The hotel is always clean. The beach is right when you come out the entrance. Its so pretty at the Holiday Inn. Everything is so convenient there. The mall is right across the street. Walking distance to most things. The only thing I didn't like is that there is no microwave in any of the rooms. Other than that we'll definitely be back."

"We had a wonderful stay at TRYP by Wyndham Aruba! The hotel is in a perfect location - just steps from the beach and close to all of the key spots near Palm Beach. A very special thank you to Luis Jose, who was absolutely tremendous in assisting us throughout our stay. His attentiveness and kindness truly made a difference and made us feel so well cared for. We would also like to thank the Assistant Manager, who was incredibly kind, super pleasant, and even upgraded our room—such a thoughtful gesture that really enhanced our experience. The combination of excellent service, warm hospitality, and the unbeatable location makes this hotel one we highly recommend. We will definitely be back!"

"I paid for a stay at the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino, from July 22nd to 26th, 2025. I paid Trip.com, No. *************, PIN: **************** My complaint is as follows: I paid for a partial ocean view, but we were placed next to a hotel construction site. Furthermore, we were never informed that there was no gym because it was under renovation. I paid 1,933,960 CLP, including VAT 213,628 CLP and municipal tax 11,296 CLP. The price did not indicate that the hotel would charge me US$400 in RM Government Tax and Resort Charge. Therefore, what TRP.COM advertises is misleading. We tried to contact the hotel, but it was not possible. The hotel was never willing to resolve anything, nor was TRIP.COM. Therefore, booking this hotel with you was a bad experience. I would appreciate it if you could tell me what I need to do to get a refund of the overcharged amount, and who to speak to because your service is impersonal."

"We love staying at Casalina Garden, in fact, we love it so much we go back every year. The location is perfect, it is so close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. We like the intimate setting and enjoy meeting new people every year. Rosanna is an absolute gem, she will help with all your needs. Judy, the owner is also available for any concerns or questions we may have. If you like big resorts with lots of people then this isn’t the place for you. If you like a stay that feels like home then you will find that here. The new backyard pool is nice and the tropical garden is excellent if your goal is relaxation. Our only regret is that we only stayed 30 days, we could have stayed longer. Lastly, if you are a kite boarder this is a perfect distance to the kite boarding beach. My husband went kiting 27 out of the 30 days. Thank you to Judy and Rosanna for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable."
