Clean hotel, not far from gare du nord, about 10 mins by taxi. Takes about 30 mins to get to effiel tower from here though in peak times (via taxi) so not an ideal base if you’re going to that area. We had a bunk bed and the kids loved it. Happy with the room overall.

The hotel is very new, with only a few minor issues. For example, the heating in my initial room could only be set to a minimum of 22.5 degrees Celsius, and the TV remote wasn't working. Eventually, they moved me to another room where I could adjust the temperature down to 18 degrees. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the housekeepers did an excellent job cleaning. The hotel is very close to the subway station, but the area is a bit far from the city center, usually requiring about a 30-minute subway ride. Also, the neighborhood's safety is a bit questionable, so it's good to be extra careful when going in and out. The hotel provides one free washing machine and one dryer. However, you need to bring your own laundry detergent or purchase it from the hotel for 2.5 Euros.

I stayed here for about a week because I had business nearby and wanted a hotel with a kitchen. I took a taxi from Charles de Gaulle Airport to the hotel upon arrival. On my departure day, I checked out, left my luggage for some sightseeing, and then returned to take the taxi that I had arranged during check-out to the airport. In every interaction, the staff was incredibly kind and made my stay very comfortable and stress-free. While it's a bit far from central Paris, the metro station is right in front of the hotel, and there are restaurants, bakeries, and a Monoprix nearby, which is super convenient. The photo shows the view from my room window. I edited out some luggage in front of the bed in the room photos, but I hope they're still helpful!

I'm a Paris-lover, so any place for living here is good for me. The pros of this hostel are that every bed has curtains, every room its bathroom, and there is a soap in a bathroom, and location of course. Also, I slept very well here despite the fact I had 3-4 neighbours in this shared room. The cons: - the blanket is not in the duvet cover, it's not very hygienic. - the bed bugs 🫢🥲 not so many, I woked up during the night just once, but there are some visible signals they exist such as small spots, bite marks -the necessity to validate your electronic key every day.

New and mostly clean hotel room, except that I found some hair on the towel shelf underneath the sink. The gym has nice looking but limited equipments, wish there are more for this price. Staff memers are lovely. Location is 5 minute walk with luggage from Rosa Parks RER train station, not bad.

Nice things include cleanliness, having a metro station only a few steps away and the room is newly furnished. The negatives were having a very cramped bathroom with a barely usable tiny sink and and a tight shower area, the kettle smelled weird like something had been soaked up in there which resulted in a disgusting taste with whatever beverage you would be making, the neighbourhood felt a bit unsafe and with no proper dining out options, and lastly the fact that one must give away their room key every time when leaving is unpleasant.

I stayed here for 4 nights and was assigned to an upper bunk bed. On the second night, after two guests checked out, I noticed there were available lower beds and asked the staff if I could move. Initially, I was told to come back the next morning to arrange the change. However, when I returned, another staff member told me that I could not move because the hostel was fully booked. This was confusing, as there was clearly at least one lower bed available. What made the experience disappointing is that the lower bed remained empty for the rest of my stay, yet my request was still not accommodated. The communication between staff was inconsistent, and the handling of the situation felt unprofessional. Overall, while the stay itself was acceptable, this experience reflected a lack of flexibility and coordination in customer service.

I loved my stay at the hotel du quai de seine. The location of this hotel is great, it’s right next to the metro station and the bus station are not far. There are restaurants very close by also, so you can take an evening stroll and make your choice based on what you like to eat. My room was small, clean and importantly, it had everything I needed. The breakfast was so good for so little money also.

My friends and I overall enjoyed our stay. Though out of the way of the hustle and bustle of Paris, city center, it was just a short walk with easy access to the Metro. The area around the hotel isn’t the greatest, so we made it a point not to meander after dark, though just a few blocks away was the Canal which offered some great restaurant choices and lots of people enjoying their evening walk and jog. Most of the front desk staff were helpful and met us with warm greetings. Our room was always clean, with fresh towels daily, thank you Leila. However, watch out for the ever changing water temps in the shower, freezing cold to scolding hot!! The restaurant on-site was decent, for a buffet, but you couldn’t sit in that area unless you were ordering food. There was a nice lounge area, but the cigarette smoke poured in from the front doors and filled the whole lobby, which made it hard to sit (breathe) in the lounge. We stayed a total of 9 days here and it was comfortable enough to stay again, just not in this area.

It was just Fantastic and everything we really hoped for there was a small Grocery Store next Door and the Concierge was just being awesome and understanding definetly my go to hotel in Paris from now on.

The location was great, it was a bit outside of the center, easily to reach by car, and lots of options for public transport. We booked two rooms for two nights, in one of the rooms the heating was broken, which was a big issue since it was freezing and snowing outside with temperatures of -3°C. We reported the broken heating to the staff a total of 3 times, they ””noted it” but didn't do anything. We were not booked into another room with working heating, neither did we get a discount or (partial) refund. Overall would have been an OK stay, if it wasn't for the broken heating.

A very pleasant stay! The hotel has a great location, convenient transportation, attentive service, and clean, comfortable rooms that made me feel right at home. Highly recommended! This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the facilities were excellent, and I would definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you for the hotel's outstanding service! The staff were friendly, the place was clean and tidy, and the price was reasonable, making it a great value for money and a good choice for travel accommodation.

Overall, the accommodation is quite good. There's an elevator, which is very convenient. It's close to subway line 7, making transportation easy. What I'm not entirely satisfied with is having to go downstairs to boil water and heat food. Every time I need to boil water, I have to go to the bar to ask for help, which is a bit inconvenient because there are no utensils for eating (bowls, chopsticks, spoons, forks...). It would be more convenient if each floor had its own dining area. Each floor shares a bathroom for all rooms. The room is a bit stuffy and has body odor; a fan is needed for ventilation because it's very noisy when the window is open. An exhaust fan would reduce body odor and improve air quality. There's a small bar on the ground floor, convenient for eating and drinking. There are also many restaurants and minibars nearby, which is very convenient.

This hotel is newly refurbished. Cody comfortable rooms, with all amenities. The breakfast offering is generous and many food varieties. The staff are professional and very helpful. I was impressed with the service of Vanessa and Samia. Thank you for the welcome. Will stay again.

I am traveling to Paris for the second year. Overall, it’s a good hotel with reasonable prices, but the room and bathroom are very small. The breakfast is not very diverse, so this year we booked without breakfast.
