"The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the South Gate of Dali Ancient City. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making both transportation and dining very convenient. The hotel has an antique charm and even offers free traditional ethnic costumes for guests to take photos in. I stayed for several days and they also provided pick-up service. The room was clean and hygienic, and the shower had great water pressure. The TV came with a membership, so I could watch various shows and videos directly. Xiao Wei's service was very attentive. The only minor drawback was the lack of a full-length mirror in the room."

"The owner was really kind and helpful. Even helped us to ordered 外卖(supper delivery) where i had always wanted to order supper in China while scrolling 抖音(China TikTok). And even had more discount while using their accounts to order for 小龙虾 🥹 very grateful for all the help and love they had given us. And even allow us to exchange money from cash into our Alipay account although it was small amount. The location was great also near to railway station and have lots of food shop nearby and also supermarket."

"Absolutely amazing, a truly stunning pure sea view. My kids loved it, saying it felt like we were staying right in the ocean. The host was incredibly thoughtful, arranging a car service and even a photography session for us. Both the driver and the photographer were super professional and friendly. The photographer's skills were top-notch! They even helped us with our luggage. The room also had face masks, steam eye masks, drinks, and snacks!"

"Facilities: The hotel is beautifully decorated, and most importantly, the bathroom has a washlet. Cleanliness: The room was meticulously cleaned every day, with no corner left untouched. Environment: The environment is simply stunning; you can open the curtains and enjoy the view of Erhai Lake. Service: I really have to highlight the service, especially our butler, Angel, from Pullman Dali. She's not only beautiful and kind but also incredibly thoughtful! Communication before check-in was smooth, and when we arrived, we found she had already perfectly arranged everything in the room, even preparing thoughtful little touches like welcome fruits and slippers for our child. She was incredibly responsive throughout our stay, always accommodating our requests. It wasn't just standard, perfunctory service; you could really feel that she genuinely wanted to help solve any issues we had. It was truly heartwarming. Indeed, a great hotel is nothing without great staff. This trip was made even better because of Angel~ @Pullman Dali, remember to give Angel a bonus! 🍗"

I called the front desk, and a staff member named Luna quickly ran out to my car with it, even putting it in a small bag for me. Her figure, weaving through traffic, was the most vivid interpretation of 'service first.'"

"The room was absolutely beautiful and instantly felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. The sea view, in particular, was stunning and truly lifted my spirits every morning. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was exceptional; all the staff were so welcoming and enthusiastic! The breakfast was also delicious with a wide variety of options. A special thank you for the thoughtful high-speed rail station pick-up and drop-off service – it was a really nice touch. "This is my favorite guesthouse in Dali, and it's my third time staying here; I come back every year around this time. The service is consistently excellent, and everyone is very friendly. They upgraded my room for free, and I could see Cangshan Mountain right from my bed. The location is very close to Dali Ancient City, making it super convenient for a stroll, and it's also not far from Cangshan Mountain. The restaurant at the intersection is delicious. There are many good restaurants nearby, and ordering takeout to the guesthouse is easy. The waffles for afternoon tea were amazing – I enjoyed them both days. My sister even told me she wanted to go back to Erhai Lake the next day just for the waffles and floral tea! The cats and dogs at the guesthouse are adorable, especially the new little black Shiba Inu, who is so cute and lively, wagging its tail to greet everyone. I'll definitely be back!"

"The rooms are spacious, with each building having two floors. The first floor features a king-size bed and a small courtyard, while the second floor offers twin beds. The resident manager is a foreigner who speaks fluent English with an accent, and he's very kind. The breakfast is quite good; while it can't compare to a five-star hotel, it's definitely above average for hotels of a similar size. The hotel's courtyard landscaping is a real highlight – complete with small bridges and flowing water, beautifully arranged. I wasn't expecting that at all. When I booked, I thought it was just a regular guesthouse, but I was genuinely impressed when I saw the landscaping. I also have to mention the staff; their service is comparable to a five-star hotel. They helped us with our luggage both ways, greeted us warmly, and even explained the room facilities upon arrival. Since we booked a twin room on the second floor, an older gentleman, looking quite senior, helped us carry our bags up without even breaking a sweat – truly impressive! When we checked out, two staff members accompanied us to the hotel entrance, helped load our luggage into the car, and then gave us directions to our next attraction. They even thoughtfully prepared some small snacks and waved us off as we left, which made us feel incredibly pampered. The hotel is very close to the North Gate of Dali Ancient City, just a 5-minute walk. From the hotel, you can see the three white pagodas of the Chongsheng Temple, Dali's only 5A-rated scenic spot, which is only a 5-minute drive away. The only minor inconvenience is that you need to call a taxi a bit in advance. My husband and I both used two different apps on our phones, and it took about 15 minutes for a driver to accept the ride."

"I believe everyone worries most about hotel or Airbnb accommodations when traveling. I'm quite picky personally, but this place gave me an excellent experience! The bedding was very comfortable, and the front desk service was fantastic – very welcoming. They'd greet me every time I came and went and ask if I wanted anything to drink. Their coffee is really good, in my opinion. The staff member was incredibly friendly and even helped me with my luggage up and down the stairs, haha, I'm so grateful! Breakfast is served in a set meal format and can be delivered to your room, but I chose to eat in the first-floor restaurant. What surprised me was that breakfast is made fresh to order – that's a huge plus! 👍🏻 Highly recommend. Both the fourth and fifth floors have balconies, so you don't need to go out to watch the sunrise; you can see it right from the hotel's fifth floor. For those planning to stay, the sunrise is between 7:30 and 8:00 AM. Highly, highly recommend!!!"

"The room is really well decorated and well furnished. The view from the room is spectacular too! There were scooters you can rent right in front of the building which is so convenient for you to ride around the Erhai Lake! There is also a 24 hrs convenience store in the building and food stalls opposite the building."
