"The hotel is at the sixth floor of a building inside a compound. The check-in process was very smooth. The location is a bit far away from the main attractions but is close to the train station, and the view from the room is amazing. It is a pity that our stay was so short, but for us it is was a pleasure to have our breakfast delivered to our building with ******* and enjoy it in our room with the nice view. The service was very nice connecting us with a driver for the day, and offering tips around the area. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel."

They even rent out electric scooters on-site, and the staff are really helpful with directions. As someone from Malaysia who isn't familiar with the area, renting a scooter and following their explanations and maps was no problem at all 😂. They also offer a shuttle service to Lijiang, which is really cost-effective and convenient. They pick you up right at the entrance. "The design of the inn was beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable, we had breakfast served during our stay as well. The staff were nice and helpful as well with moving our luggages and answering our questions. The location is also not far from the south gate of Dali Ancient City, and is just a short walk away from night markets and other food options. The only small complaints we had was that the toilet seat in our room was quite loose and room slippers were not replaced on our second and final night. Other than that, it was a great experience."

"An absolutely delightful and highly recommended stay! This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The location is incredibly convenient, just a 3-minute walk from the high-speed rail station, making getting around super easy. There are restaurants right downstairs, and it's close to Erhai Lake and the ancient city. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. I slept incredibly well all night, completely shaking off any travel fatigue. The front desk staff was fantastic – from check-in to check-out, the lady was so warm and patient, answering all my questions. "The room layout is great, allowing you to enjoy a cup of tea while overlooking Erhai Lake. We encountered tidal flow lanes (5:30 PM - 6:45 PM) on our way to the hotel. We called the hotel directly and added Diana, a staff member, on WeChat. She guided us to the hotel very accurately and even recommended local Dali food and travel routes, saving us a lot of trouble. The underground parking is also excellent. This is a reputable hotel, and its quality is trustworthy. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Dali."

"This hotel is really great! It's located right by the North Gate of the old town, making transportation super convenient. Taxis can drop you off directly at the hotel entrance. The owner even lent us an electric scooter to use, and there's a parking lot for rental cars. It was so easy to get to attractions like Chong Sheng Temple, Longkan Pier, the Old Town, and Xizhou Ancient Town during the day. The Old Town is huge and you can't see it all in one day, so it's nice to be able to go whenever you want. The North Gate vegetable market is just a short walk to the right of the hotel entrance, so finding food is also very easy. Highly recommended!"

GGuest UserAs someone who loves taking photos, the estate itself is a natural studio: the sea-view soaking tubs, the retro French-style corridors, the South France castle, the exotic Moroccan courtyard – everywhere is perfect for snapping pictures. I took so many beautiful photos, I'm thrilled! I especially want to commend the service: airport transfers, help with luggage, afternoon tea, goodnight desserts, breakfast, and a dedicated private butler service group. The attention to detail was impeccable, and they were always ready to assist! My dress for photos got dirty dragging on the ground, and they even helped me wash and dry it. All the hotel staff were so warm; I truly felt like a VIP.
