"First of all, a huge thank you to the owner for saving us a room. I wanted to stay on the first floor, but it showed as unavailable on Ctrip. I tried messaging the owner through the backend, and they arranged a first-floor room for us, so we didn't have to carry our small dog up the stairs. Also, the shower is a wet/dry separation, and you can charge your car right outside the door. Although the room was a bit small, the owner said we could arrange it ourselves. There's a restaurant right across the street and a supermarket nearby, and it's very close to the market. A very convenient hotel overall."

My downstairs room? Small. A little dim. Chosen for my sister’s convenience rather than my royal canine standards. But here’s the thing — when hospitality is this generous, the light comes from the people. I ate every meal at their café not out of laziness, but loyalty. Why brave the Arctic for repetitive food when home-style comfort is already waiting with a bowl and a smile? Youran lives up to its name: unforced, gentle, human. It felt less like a hotel and more like visiting relatives who keep refilling your bowl because you look “too thin.” This became the perfect launchpad for my Harbin expedition, three nights of settling in, warming up, and learning that charm travels better than luxury. Now, the honest bone (every good dog buries one): I’d give this a 4.1 stars if decimals existed. Since they don’t, here’s a conditional 5-star — contingent on tighter cleanliness under beds, chairs, and in the toilet. "I have to give this hotel a huge shout-out! From check-in to check-out, the service was incredibly thoughtful, and the staff were always ready to help. The biggest surprise was being able to do laundry, which is super practical for anyone on a longer road trip – it solved a major headache. Parking was also incredibly convenient; no need to hunt for a spot, you just park right downstairs, which is hassle-free and secure. The environment is really comfortable, clean, and tidy; the hygiene is impeccable, and the bedding feels fresh, making for a very pleasant stay. The owner is also incredibly warm and friendly, chatting with us like a friend and even proactively recommending great local spots. The whole experience was top-notch! "The location is excellent; the memorial hall, Songyuan Park, and morning market are right next door, and the library is just a short walk away. Mohe isn't very big; you can drive around the hotel several times and see everything. The hotel seems to be one of the newer ones in the area. The facilities are good, but one room didn't have body lotion, and the other didn't have bottled water, making the service seem a bit rushed. They did provide complimentary frozen pear juice, birch soda, and fruit, which my child enjoyed. The room had an air purifier, so I didn't smell anything, but the hallway had a strong odor."

"A very friendly hotel, the front desk is a rich cat, gentle and relaxed. And the location is excellent, close to the passenger station, especially convenient. The hotel customer service lady is very enthusiastic and the planning route is clear. When we checked in, we planned to go back and forth in the Arctic Village on the same day. After we arrived at the Arctic Village, we wanted to play for another day. The hotel did not check out. I tried to call the customer service lady and see the two rooms. Can we leave one room? Miss sister asked us, are you not coming back? I said yes. Miss sister said that I will help you pack your luggage and store it. You don't need to keep one. When you come back, you can check it and take it directly. It is really warm and consider for us. In fact, even if one room is not refunded, it is reasonable. Back from the Arctic Village, we chose to continue to stay all the way north. The front desk lady also arranged a taxi for us to take us to the airport and informed the price. (Hotel bedding, all sun-dried, very safe) Special thanks to the customer service lady, ㊗️ Business is booming! Have the opportunity to stay again and introduce friends. I have to say that the fly in the ointment must be breakfast. In fact, the store has communicated with the breakfast store. We just caught up with the store and the breakfast reason. "The location is superb, strategically located at the center of Beiji Village which is walking distance to all restaurants and post office. This accommodation was just opened in July 2025 and everything is new, highly recommended who wants to visit Mohe. You may also rely the owner to help you arrange for your trip in Mohe."

"The room was large and clean, and the bathroom, with its separate shower and toilet, was spacious enough. The hotel breakfast was delicious and fresh. The staff, including the receptionist and the chef, were very welcoming. Overall, a very good stay. The only downside was that the soundproofing wasn't great, but everything else was perfect. Located in the heart of Mohe city, it's incredibly convenient for exploring the city! I had a wonderful time here and would definitely choose this hotel again next time. 😆😆"

"Stay here one night before flight back to Harbin. The staff was helpful even with language barriers. Just make sure you have translation apps, it will help you a lots. The staff guide me to near by attraction & offer to help to call for taxi. I could fine Halal meal in Mohe town & North Pole mosque."
