Service: Friendly and welcoming. Arriving in Mohe on the Snow Country Train, we checked into a cozy haven, the eLong Hotel, nestled in a wonderland at the far north. As we opened the door, a 270° bay window offered breathtaking panoramic views of the snowy plains and icy mountains. The 1.8-meter wide king-size bed, comfortable sofa, and spacious bay window transformed the -30℃ outdoor chill into a wonderfully warm and familiar indoor sanctuary. This provided a safe and comfortable resting environment for my elderly parents on their first long journey. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, providing extra hangers, bottled water, and tea of the same quality, which gave my family great peace of mind. In the morning, we welcomed the sunrise with stunning alpenglow outside our window. The hotel's varied and delicious breakfast kicked off our invigorating trip to Mohe. We had a delightful interaction with charming deer, and to the rhythm of jingling bells and trotting hooves, we ventured into the natural ice and snow city. Gazing at the winding, extensive border of our nation felt like being in a fairy tale, truly purifying the soul. Thank you to the hotel for providing such a haven – it was more than just accommodation; it was a conduit for transmitting Arctic culture. As the horse-drawn carriage once again traversed the snow-covered forest, we eagerly anticipate the arrival of our next icy dawn."

The biggest surprise was being able to do laundry, which is super practical for anyone on a longer road trip – it solved a major headache. Parking was also incredibly convenient; no need to hunt for a spot, you just park right downstairs, which is hassle-free and secure. The environment is really comfortable, clean, and tidy; the hygiene is impeccable, and the bedding feels fresh, making for a very pleasant stay. The owner is also incredibly warm and friendly, chatting with us like a friend and even proactively recommending great local spots. The whole experience was top-notch! "We booked a twin room for 2 adults and 2 children. The owner kindly upgraded us to a slightly larger room. In the evening, my child was hungry and asked the owner's wife if she could cook some dumplings. The owner said the chef had already left. My child then asked if there was instant noodles, and the owner's wife not only gave him a box of instant noodles but also prepared it for him. My child saw coke in the fridge and asked if he could have one. The owner's wife also gave him a bottle. When my child asked how much it cost, she said, 'It's on the house, kid!' It was truly touching. The next morning, seeing that my child hadn't eaten breakfast, I ordered a plate of beef dumplings for him (35 per plate). He loved them and finished the whole plate. He also had two more bottles of coke. I felt really embarrassed and wanted to pay the owner separately for the coke and instant noodles, considering we had three bottles of coke and a box of instant noodles. But the owner's wife insisted on not taking any money. When we left, she even gave each of us a bottle of blueberry drink. They are genuinely good people, so kind and generous. Plus, I had a pile of clothes to wash that evening, and she even helped me wash and hang them. So, I will definitely recommend this place to my friends. If they come to visit this area, I'll definitely recommend Youran Shanju. And the breakfast in the morning was also very generous and delicious. Highly recommended!"

"The location is very convenient, right on the main street. It's just a few hundred meters to Songyuan Park, Beiji Square, and Mohe Dance Hall. The front desk can help you call a taxi, and it's only 6 yuan to go anywhere within the town. The front desk manager was excellent; they upgraded our room and even gave us a small gift. The service was warm and attentive. The only downside is that the room's soundproofing isn't great, so it can get quite noisy when people are passing by."

"The room view was absolutely amazing! We had so much fun with the '潑水成冰' (literally 'splashing water into ice') game! Sitting by the window, with the curtains open, we could see the beautiful snowscape outside and even watched fireworks set off by other hotel guests 🧨. The facilities are great, and I loved the toiletries—L'Occitane products, a big plus! 👍 Oh, and the owner provided plenty of teacups and tea sets in the room, which was really convenient... The restaurant the owner recommended also had delicious food! 👍"

"In May, we drove to Mohe and compared several hotels in Beiji Village before finally choosing Songyuan. They even allow small pets! Just as described, the room was incredibly comfortable and spacious. From design to functionality, everything was thoughtfully planned and considerate. There was a safe and a small refrigerator, making us feel right at home. The mattress was especially comfortable, with just the right firmness. A special thank you to the owner! We left our cash wallet in the safe after driving 200 kilometers, and the owner helped us out. Such a kind owner makes for such a wonderful hotel! We'll definitely stay here again!"
