"We stayed at 12 hotels in 8 different states on this trip, and this was the worst one. I rely heavily on reviews to find our hotel for the night, so I wanted to warn others. The shower was dirty, obvious dirty smudges and debris. The nightstand was sticky. The chair had crushed Doritos in it. I’m not picky. I just expect basic cleanliness. This does not feel like an actual Best Western but a knock off that still charges a BW rate. Two positive points… the front desk fella was super nice, and the onsite laundry worked well and was cheap."

"I just tried to call and book a room under a room block and the lady that answered the phone told me she didn’t know how to do that and to call back. Why are you working at a hotel and you don’t know how to book a room?? Then when I asked her for her name she hung up on me. I am floored. Terrible customer service!!!"
