"The room was so small I would have no room to move with luggage in there. I could hear everyone walking around out side of room nd when on phone. I only stayed for a hour and a half. It was so unsuitable: it was a huge fight to get a refund. Was told in the end I’ll get a refund for 6 day after 5 phone calls i charged for 4 days and refund the rest. It was a horrible experience."

"The room had a small window, which was okay, but the kitchen didn't have a refrigerator; you had one in the room. There was no oven; the one in the picture is just a dummy. The living room had no sofa or any other furniture; you just had your room. The 10/10 rating seemed strange to me, and I couldn't read any reviews, probably because there aren't any good ones."

"We booked two premium queen room. However, we only got one. We requested for quiet rooms but the DJ was playing music till 12 am which was really loud since the hotel is just above the pub. Had to reach out to manager at midnight but they didn’t even pick up the phone."
