"Not the 4* standards was expecting Room ok Bathroom ok again no room to manoeuvre We arrived at 10.15pm there wasn't anywhere around for food or anything in the area that was open that late, Even the hotel didn't have anything for guests arriving late Dining room got turned away as they were fully booked. Taxi was a big problem and waited ages for a taxi ,when we eventually got one Very expensive to go a 15 minute journey Spa well it's 45 mins for a jacuzzi and sauna in a little corner of the cave which is charged at €20 per person Very disappointed Musty smell on stairwell drainage or something"

"Unfortunately NOT value for money, because of the poor cleaning facilities. You have to demand cleaning and when cleaning finally comes , the same used feet towels were hunged in the place of face towels. You have to go to the reception to give your used towels to take new ones … We stayed 5 days and they never changed any sheet. Food and breakfast was OK and the location was good."

"Suitable for a one-night stop on a trip; along the national road, but with sheltered parking for motorcycles and an attached restaurant (two not indifferent value points). Professional staff, good value for money. Room a little minimal but for a "hit and run" it's fine. Restaurant prices a little high, you can reasonably opt for pizza (which is still good, not a given when you're abroad)."

"Great venue for ski in and out of slopes. it is a clean hotel but rooms are small. Bed is big and comfortable. You pay to access the sauna and it is nice, but it is 40e a go for a couple. My top tip, if you like your food, breakfast is good and plenty of bread! All food is fresh and well cooked but dinner is served in small portions which is fine normally but not on a calorie burning ski trip, so eat good lunches on the mountain!!"

"we opted to invest more for a large area. By the time they figured out where to park, the children had taken possession of the place. But when it was time to breathe, we noticed that the apartment had a large attic. we did not have a balcony as desired. also, the single window between 2 enormous attics did not let in any light. worse, we observe each other with the living room of the villa opposite, which prompts us to draw the curtains. we must live in the light of the lampshade. We contacted reception and they did not make a change of apartment possible (cost of cleaning) under the cover of supposedly invoicing the owner of the apartment. So we will share with you the apartment to flee, in order to invalidate this pretext."
