"Just got back from Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon, and my stay at Gerdi Guesthouse was incredibly satisfying! The location is super convenient; it's just a few minutes' drive to Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, making it a perfect base for exploring the glacier region. The guesthouse itself is very quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. While the rooms are simple, they are tidy and clean, with comfortable beds, sufficient heating, and all the basic amenities. What truly stood out was the warm service! The front desk staff were very friendly and communicative, which made us feel very welcome. Overall, Gerdi is an excellent value-for-money option. It perfectly met all our core needs for comfort, convenience, cleanliness, quietness, and warm hospitality. As a functional and comfortable guesthouse, it truly excels. I highly recommend it to anyone self-driving to Jökulsárlón and the Vatnajökull glacier area who is looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay!"

"The service did not give full marks because of self-check-in, no on-site service, phone and email contact is still very smooth. . Unexpectedly, the hotel is opposite the XHS net red lobster shop. It is very clean. It is very quiet. Although it is full, the guests have a very small voice. The shared bathroom is not expected to be so clean. It seems that the quality of the guests is very high. We also cleaned up the kitchen used for breakfast. It feels good."

"The location is better to find, when you are on the 1st highway, you can see the steeple church on the north side of the uphill slope. The hotel's environment is comfortable and clean, the breakfast is simple, and all the ingredients needed for the sandwiches are made by themselves. This is basically the case in Northern Europe. "Harry Country Hotel is truly amazing value! The rooms are clean and bright, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and you can see the glacier or the sea just by opening the curtains in the morning. The breakfast selection is extensive and fresh, and the lamb dishes are superb. It's only a 10-minute drive from the glacial lagoon, and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Iceland! Highly recommended!"

"It is a standalone cabin and the surroundings are quiet and nice. The kitchen is a bit narrow though Most kitchen utensils and sauces were provided. It was good to use too There was coffee left in the microwave that seemed to have been left behind by a previous traveler. There was a little hair sometimes. However, it was good for use by a family or more than 3 people. I also liked the photo zone created on the hill."
