"This isn't my first time staying at a Radisson hotel, and while it does have a real strength—the 20th-floor pool with its excellent city views—the overall experience is unfortunately marred by a very poor level of service, which I consider unacceptable for a five-star hotel of this global chain. I'll start by saying that the receptionists were inattentive. Upon check-in, they held my passport in their hands, handed me documents to sign in someone else's name, and in the morning, I couldn't even reach them by phone. They simply ignored the guest's birthday note on the reservation. It's a small detail, but indicative of this level of service. At the reception desk at the pool on April 29, the girl was extremely cold. Instead of greeting me and explaining how everything worked, she simply handed me the documents to sign and told me where to go. But the strangest thing happened later, on April 30: security guards were running around looking out the window while I was trying to relax by the pool in my swimming trunks, even though logic dictates they shouldn't have been there at all, and it's completely out of place for them to be running around in front of guests in such an area. It felt like the staff were simply waiting for other guests. The breakfasts were also disappointing: the bacon was stale and fresh, the fish was dry, the cheese was stale, and the vegetables weren't fresh, especially the tomatoes—they looked frozen, and this was especially noticeable at the very beginning of breakfast. The dessert selection was meager, and fruit didn't arrive until half an hour after breakfast had started. Overall, I'm disappointed; this is clearly not the level of a five-star Radisson hotel, and the service is definitely not worth the money."

The portions are generous and everything is delicious. You can also order in your room. 4. The location is excellent, but for the summer months, the embankment is nearby, and the city center is a 15-20-minute walk away. I recommend this hotel."
