"In advance to my arrival the hotel management tried to re-negotiate the established ******* online non-refundable rate asking for more money. I complained with *******. The affair seems to have been settled as I hadn’t any trouble or annoyance concerning payment when being there. Stayed 1 week. It is a somewhat modest facility. Pretty basic room. Smeared walls in the bathroom. Sheets were clean. The rooftop terrace offers probably the best views of Peshawar. Staff was amazing in helping me with any issue. Appreciate the complimentary shuttle-service to/from the airport. Breakfast was somewhat scarce with few choice of local cuisine which repeated almost unchanged every morning. Location is central and convenient, although outside the old city."

"The legendary Green’s Hotel is now called Destination Heritage. Not sure why they changed the name given that Greens has been around for a very long time and is so well known. There is a pretty fancy reception with lots of sofas but no lift. The rooms are set around a central atrium. My room was reasonably spacious for a single with a bed that was a bit bigger than a twin and lots of lights some of which worked (and some did not). It had no external windows. I suspect that none of the rooms do. There was a window onto the central balcony/walkway. Perhaps that is a security measure. The water in the shower wasn’t even tepid let alone hot. The a/c worked well but the mini-fridge didn’t work at all. Things seemed very quiet possibly because of the lack of windows. The breakfast was fairly standard but ample."

"A good hotel in Peshawar. The service and the receptionist are good and kind. The rooms are comfortable, clean linen and towels, good AC and some amenities (coffe, tea etc). I had a room with a view to the central hall and asked to change it; they gave me another in the second floor with a view of some roofs (no nice view but silent room). There is a lift. Breakfast included quite good. "

"I recently stayed at Serena Peshawar and overall it was an excellent experience. The entire team carried out their duties with true professionalism, welcoming guests with genuine smiles and a warm attitude. Their hospitality really stands out. A couple of areas need attention. The laundry service did not meet the usual Serena standard: the pressing quality was below expectations and cover bags were not provided, something I have never encountered at Serena Faisalabad or Quetta. In addition, the Wi-Fi signal was inconsistent and often lagged. This is a bigger concern because mobile coverage inside the hotel is weak and LTE/4G services can’t be accessed, so guests have to rely completely on the hotel’s network. Other than these points, everything else—from the property’s ambience to the overall service—was up to Serena’s high standards. I truly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return once these small issues are addressed."

"Hotel location is quite good for those who love to be within city vicinity. Enough parking space with efficient security guards. Hotel staff is normally cooperative. Rooms are large with almost all the essentials. You need to remind them to place towels etc. Despite being in heart of the city and located at most bustling read, rooms are quite. The most disappointing aspect of this hotel is "Pathetic food". I had club sandwich upon my arrival and it was smelly !!! Then ordered chicken corn soup which was not only Smelly but bad taste. Breakfast was tasteless and extremely vulnerable 😀 they can't can't make omelette and simple tea. Boiled eggs were smelly too. So, had to eat from outside since kfc & Domino's are next door. Overall, they need to improve a lot and it looks like they have incompetent Hotel management. Since Peshawar lacks 2nd choice residence, they can bridge the gap with bringing better chefs. "
