"The room was newly decorated and stylish, similar to the simple modern style of Four Seasons and Lavande. The hardware was impeccable and the rest was very comfortable. But the software and service could be improved. For example, there was a small hole on the ceiling of the room and the service staff did not find it. It rained these few days, and the whole Zayu felt like a fairyland with smoke, and so did this hotel."
