The sound of the door closing was so loud that you could hear other rooms closing in the corridor. This is not good. It should be because the door is heavy and has no buffer.
It would be nice if the breakfast were richer

One bad thing is that we booked 2 rooms, but only one room was ready when we checked in, and the other one was not. It was said that it would be ready in an hour, but since we were going out, we didn't come back to pick up the room until night, and only one room was left. We were dissatisfied with the same room type and wanted to change rooms. When booking, we wrote that Kehen would upgrade the room for free, but it didn’t happen. We had to pay for the upgrade!

The soundproofing is average. The surrounding rooms can hear the door open and close. The water pipe under the wash basin on the 6th floor is leaking and the warranty has not been solved several times. Stayed for 11 days because the work was not completed and I had to continue to live for more than a week
