"The first time we stayed at this hotel was about ten years ago, and it made a great impression, closer to four stars. This time we were a little disappointed - a solid three stars. Excellent reception, coolers with hot and cold water in the corridors (the water is so hot that you can easily make porridge or noodles). The room felt cool, but the thermostat worked perfectly - it was worth increasing the temperature, and it became noticeably warmer. Not a bad buffet breakfast. There is an elevator. Of the minuses, one, but for us noticeable: cleanliness. Cleaning every day, fresh linen, no complaints about this. When we moved into the room, there were stains on the carpet, dirty phone buttons, questionable bedspreads, a refrigerator with yellow stains inside, so we decided not to use it. The same with the bathroom - superficially everything is clean, but it is better not to look at the shower cabin and not to touch anything except the shower. The location of the hotel is excellent - the Upper Park is just a few steps away, and behind the hotel begins the Kolonistsky Park, which should not be missed under any circumstances!"

"We take a couple of days off at the hotel on a weekday. Would like to mark the responsive and welcoming staff. All the appeals are reacted immediately, young people.
