Flamingo Dai Lai Resort – Managed by Flamingo Hotels & Resorts ★★★★★
"Very nice room, unfortunately we arrived at 11pm, receptionist could not speak English. We went to room, wanted room service, no menu. Back to reception, he also had no menu. After 10min he had a menu on his phone he gave us. Back at the room, called room service and resturaunt number, both did not work. No point in calling reception because he doesn’t speak English. Went to bed sad and hungry. Oh, they also did not put towels in our room so we had to dry ourselves with the dressing gown. The room was very nice though."
Venus Hotel Tam Dao ★★★★
"We stayed at Venus Hotel Tam Dao during the New Year holiday as a family of three (parents and one child). The room was spacious and very clean, which honestly exceeded our expectations. The hot water worked extremely well, making it very comfortable during the cold winter weather. Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. As expected for the New Year period, the hotel was very crowded. However, the breakfast service was well managed despite the large number of guests, which we appreciated. One downside was that the soundproofing of the room was not very good. Noise from New Year celebrations could be heard quite clearly throughout the night. On the positive side, the view from the hotel was beautiful. We could see the castle in the distance, which looked stunning. Unfortunately, the fog was quite heavy during our stay, so the visibility was limited. That said, we would love to come back again in the future for another chance to enjoy the scenery and take better photos when the weather is clearer."
