"Good hotel! Staff, since receptionist cleaning are extremely sympathetic. recreation staff tb are great, Uncle Gasparzinho sweeps in recreation! We stayed only the weekend most delicious! Breakfast is mto good service! Lunch and dinner are tasty and we have been there, the cardapio has not repeated! He has many options! We have chosen full pension (except drinks). The values of drinks sold by the hotel are ok! The only point I would like to say is that there could be water filtered as courtesy spread over the hotel, such as drinkers, for example! In any case, you have water available for sale in the room, bar and reception so that was not a problem! The cleaning of the rooms, pool and ambience was great! It really is a great cost benefit! We will come back soon"

"We like the hotel very well! I want to leave my feedback about the room I stayed ( we were directed to a room for physically disabled ) even if I said at the reception that I and my husband would stay. I only saw when we came up and I found it very unscrupulous and could have been informed. I went to ask about it, and the receptionist said it was bigger and had more rooms for the disabled. They never asked me if I wanted to change my room or if everything was okay! I didn't like that! Because I know they had other rooms. Finally... I hope that on another occasion, I will be asked before to not be in this situation. I thank you for your understanding. Simone Gregnanin Florida USA"

"The hotel offers full pension with a spectacular breakfast, lunch and very good dinner with a variety of varieties, and without rows, even with the lofty hotel. But the strongest point was the recreation team, we traveled a lot and wem doubts that team caught not only the children, but all of us adults. They promoted interaction between guests and with great joy made us do things that have undoubtedly been recorded in our memory, and in my opinion, that is what we bought when we closed a trip."
