"Good value hotel with welcoming staff Overall a solid choice with excellent value for money. The staff is very welcoming and professional, which makes the stay pleasant. The only minor downside is that the hotel feels a bit dated, and the bathrooms could use some renovation. However, this doesn't significantly detract from the overall experience. Would recommend for travelers looking for good service at a reasonable price."

"The room was large, but whether due to the weather or poor ventilation, it was very damp, including the quilt. The bedding seemed of average quality, and the pillows were low, making two of them too high. The hotel is located near the highway, making it quite noisy in the mornings. Rooms not facing the highway lacked windows, so the options were limited. Cleanliness was good, but the breakfast was average, with a limited variety."

"It was my first trip to Pleiku, on my way to Mang Den. The room has separate space for bath tub and bathing. The mattress, pillows and bedsheets were very clean. . The hotel has excellent location with the park & eateries nearby. It was v safe to walk alone too. Breakfast is limited variety but with very fresh ingredients. I enjoyed time at the cafe.... & I was impressed that they have their own coffee beans. After I googled, I realised they serve awarding Robusta coffee. Special thanks to Front Desk receptionist Thu who helped me book tpt to Mang Den. She and the manager at the cafe also helped me with choosing the Robusta beans. I will b back. ☺️👌💕 for their service... 6Stars. Cleanliness was 4 stars as there was a long strand of hair near the sink when I checked in."

"Avoid at all costs. This hotel is terrible. I was in a group of 11 people. We had 8 rooms. Most of the rooms had backed up plumbing. Very bad. The restaurant food was poor. The front desk staff did not speak English. The worst part was they ripped us off by overcharging us for food and drink. In / cases they triple charged us. Beware. Go elsewhere."
