"Well located space. Apartment in good condition and easy to access. Parking is not easy to understand due to the parking meters, but when asked at the hotel reception, we realized that you only have to pay from Friday to Sunday. We had no hot water on the penultimate day, only in the bathtub. There was some lack of maintenance in the bathroom area, but nothing serious. What bothered us the most was having the capacity of a smart TV, and free internet (wi-fi) but it did not connect to the TV, that is, to watch any app on the smart TV we had to use mobile data as a hotspot. Only Spanish channels, without the possibility of changing frequency or language of movie channels, which had the same ones dubbed in Spanish. Easy access to the Leo Deluxe spa with additional payment made on site. Well-kept pool area, but in the middle of the afternoon there was a lot of wind, due to the lack of coverage in the area, which made it unpleasant."

"Lovely experience , family friendly, gorgeous pools The staff were great no matter role they did. We are vegan and once it was explained the process for meals, everything was seamless and good choices. The challenge we had was that no-one explained on check in what the process was for ordering special meals so it wasn't after 2 days unsure and confusing staff that the catering manager explained how to order in advance. The resort is huge and abit overwhelming at first but it had alot of choice for kids and you soon learned where things were. I liked the recyclable cup options too, everything felt clean. The room was great, spacious and ridiculously comfy bed. The cot set up was clean and comfortable also. Improvements Although the overall look is good there were little areas of let down such as toilets that didn't lock, hand driers not working etc. Just little touch ups that would show how well looked after everything is I was also surprised there were no pool specific toilets you had to use the restaurant nearby and it felt wrong to be in there wet/in swim gear Not an improvement but a clear fyi should be given that all entertainment including shows are in Spanish because it felt less engaging for our toddler who didn't know what the brilliant entertainment team were saying to be able to join in"

"Hotel is great with a fantastic location and the staff are amazing, however as in many places sunbeds at the pool were reserved and not used and no controls over that leaving many guests with no place to sun bathe"

"As always, the attention of the girl at the reception... very friendly, she gave us the same apartment as every year, which I really appreciate, about the apartments, clean, with all the utensils you need, large refrigerator, comfortable beds I'm not saying what the apartment is so they don't catch me so much hahaha, just kidding. A 10 for the Leo Deluxe"

"Quiet, family-friendly hotel, not at all crowded. Very pleasant and professional staff. Very good buffet. Everything was delicious. Very well-kept facilities and rooms. Close to the beach. To the promenade and stalls area, a 20-minute walk away. The adult entertainment was perhaps the weakest part, but the guests did not participate much."
