"Stay booked and paid for well in advance, with a request for an excutive room. On arrival we were dumped into a so called excutive room. Staff do not care as it is paid for. On a previous visit Barthi mentioned if we were not happy then we can seek other accomodation. Will not stay there again."

The provision of the same could be done in the building so that we didn't have to send the security guard to re-fill it from Sai Towers (next building). Previously we were staying in a different hotel however since we came to know of Sree Parthi Hotel we have stayed here quite often.We find the room to be clean neat and well furnished. The food is excellent . Moreover the chef would prepare food for you with specific requirements too. The owner makes you very comfortable , personally takes care of all your requests and we could even see him serving food to the guests when the restaurant is crowded. The location is easily at walkable distance from the temple. All the staff are very courteous and caring too. Definitely a good place to be staying at Puttaparthi"
