The location is fantastic, with plenty of good restaurants and bars within walking distance, which made everything super convenient. The facilities were good and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also a highlight — a great selection and everything tasted really good. I also appreciated the hotel’s attention to detail, especially the separated bins for different kinds of trash, which shows they care about cleanliness and sustainability. "I and my father came to Ranong for some errands and wanted to try staying somewhere new for a change. This hotel is located in the city centre, making it very convenient for getting around, and it also offers parking, which is why I decided to stay at The Galla. However, upon check-in, we found that the air conditioner wasn’t working. After putting up with the heat for about half an hour, we decided to inform the staff. The hotel sincerely apologised for the inconvenience and immediately offered to move us to the new room, or provide a full refund if we preferred to move to another place. We were very impressed with how quickly and efficiently they handled the situation. We would definitely consider staying here again if we return to Ranong"

"This hotel is on the outskirts of the city and has a lovely courtyard entrance. There is a pleasant swimming pool adjacent to the reception area as well as a great coffee house. The reception staff are very helpful with advice and booking of taxi and tut tut for sight seeing. The superior room is a good size with a comfy bed and a/c The room would benefit from the addition of some drawers, shelves, robe hooks for clothing etc in addition to the wardrobe. The Tv has BBC world news channel The room we had does have a balcony but not a very good view . The bathroom is nicely done but would benefit from a thermostatic valve in the shower. Breakfast has a limited buffet but a comprehensive menu for freshly cooked items There does not appear to be many restaurants within walking distance however we did eat dinner in the hotel restaurant, that was well prepared and presented meal for a very economic price and very pleasant service."

"Really beautiful place to stay, if you want to relax and chill out then this is the place. Beautiful views, peaceful, tranquil Atmosphere. The staff are absolutely fantastic, really look after you. Our room was brilliant, king bed, Air con x 2, sofa 2x tv’s, safe and a balcony with seating. It also has a decent size swimming pool, restaurant and parking. The road to the property is a little bit bumpy, but after talking to the staff they told me the road was being sorted very soon. I would 100% recommend"
