"The location is good and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There’s room for improvement for cleanliness especially for the bathroom/toilet."

"I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a disappointing experience. The hotel is very old and poorly maintained. The most unacceptable part was that although we booked a double room for two persons, they only provided one toothbrush. I tried calling housekeeping, but the phone rang for a long time without anyone answering, and eventually, the call was disconnected. The room had many light fixtures, but only two were working. The rest were out of order, making the room extremely dim and uncomfortable. The soundproofing was terrible — we could hear constant stomping and jumping noises from the guests upstairs, which was very frustrating and disturbing. The bathroom was in terrible condition. Every time we showered, the water overflowed and would not drain properly. There were visible mold stains around the bathroom area. The toilet itself was filthy and disgusting to look at. Although this is supposed to be a 3-star hotel, basic amenities were severely lacking. Normally, hotels of this level provide face towels or hand towels, but here, there were only two bath towels and nothing else. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this hotel."

"This was the worst two-star hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked two rooms, but one had an air-conditioner that could not control the temperature, and both room phones were not working. I had to go to the front desk repeatedly just to report issues due to the room phone not working. One room also had no bath towels, and no staff came to assist, so I made six trips to the counter and spent nearly two hours resolving basic check-in problems. After check-in, more issues appeared: the bathroom door could not close, the bedsheets were stained, the faucet was rusty and felt unsafe to use, and the window locks in both rooms were broken, which made us feel insecure. The toilet paper was almost finished, and because the phone was not working, we had to go down to the front desk to request more and wait for housekeeping. On the second day, the key cards stopped working and had to be reset at the counter. At night, there was constant noise from loud music, barking stray dogs, and doors slamming, making it very difficult to sleep."

"Hotel at a great location, near to city centre, Aeon mall is just nearby, lots of restaurants was just in walking distance. Room’s soundproof was really bad, you can hear a lot of weird sounds likes people slamming on doors, throwing trash in dustbin in back alley, sound of engines of motorcycles, really can’t sleep well in the night."

"Referring to the picture below….can you imagine a toilet of a hotel room is like that? The room is smelly and the mattress are too old to be used…out was terrible and horrible…no more next time. Thanks"
