"It was a super clean hotel but nothing nearby to do and nothing to do at hotel. The pool was too cold, bikes didnt work, canoes not available and bad customer service they ignore you and chit chat with each other. I was so bored every thing at restaurant was a la carte only over $100 for breakfast no drinks. Everyone is so rude. Pool closes at 8 pm they expect you to go to bed at 8 pm? The housekeeping wakes you up at 7 am every morning knocking at your door every 5 minutes telling u to get out so they can clean? Am i not in vacation? Never again!"

"Good food but service has a lot to improve. its not a matter of the people, but the process. Sunday, mothers day, the only food available during the afternoon was Steak Kebabs, that would take forever to arrive (they were good by the way). We couldn't have dinner at the place so we anticipated our checkout, but the system just did not close the account. They made me wait for 30 minutes until I decided to leave, so we could have a proper meal before the restaurant would close. Did not check my invoice yet, but it should be ok. For clarity, place is amazing, room was great, people were great, but there is a lack of process and good management. The grab and go, beach service and pool teams were super nice."
