"I have to give Lavande Hotels a great review! From the front desk to room service, everyone was so welcoming, and check-in was super fast. The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was spot-on – as a germaphobe, I felt completely at ease. I particularly loved their bath amenities; the verbena scent was delightful. The facilities are very new, and the Bluetooth speaker and aromatherapy humidifier really enhanced my stay. Excellent value for money!"

"The hotel front desk staff is very efficient at check-in; But the attitude of the supporting restaurant service staff is large, and the bread baking attitude of the guests is particularly poor. I hope that the catering service can be improved simultaneously."

"Very beautiful garden-style hotel, with tall pine trees, gorgeous rose flowers and scorpion flowers. Especially the waterfall-like white flowers upstairs in the welcome wave with the wind, attracting attention. The lobby is very distinctive and decorated in antique style. The front desk lady is warm and patient. The rooms are clean and hygienic. The disadvantage is that the automatic toilet flushing sound is too loud. The parking space is wide and convenient. There are many varieties of early morning, the taste is very good, and the self-grinding soy milk has its own characteristics. It is a hotel with a good price/performance ratio."

"The hotel entrance was on a side road without any sign; I had to ask after getting off the bus to find it. The room I checked into smelled of cooking fumes, so I asked the staff to change it. The room facilities were basic; the window was small, and the toilet and shower were separated into two small, cramped rooms, not up to the standard of a deluxe king room. The hairdryer was difficult to use and made me dizzy. The buffet breakfast had a limited selection, and some of the sweet potatoes were spoiled and steamed for guests. Most amusingly, the freshly ground coffee didn't have bagged sugar. When I asked a staff member, they said they were out and I had to go to the lobby to get it. After waiting a long time, a staff member finally came up (the restaurant is on the 10th floor), without mentioning the sugar. When I asked again, she told me she was out of sugar downstairs, which was quite frustrating. Such a large hotel couldn't even provide coffee creamer. The surrounding area lacked amenities, with construction underway. In conclusion, given the limited amenities and the fact that it was late October/early November (off-season), the hotel's pricing was unreasonable."
