Received the confirmation that says 1 ONE double bed. When I enter the room, I find 2 TWO single beds 🤦🏻♂️. The receptionist said that you are informed before booking that this is possible only on the availability limit. THEN WHY DO YOU CONFIRM IT, IF THERE’S NO DOUBLE BED ROOMS LEFT?!? Also, I couldn’t find that information being shared anywhere during the booking process. We felt tricked…"

"Before booking, I called to ask if the rooms had a mini-bar. The guy who answered told me to mention it when I arrived, and they'd give me one. Upon arrival, I told the receptionist, Marina, who was helping us. She gave me the room key and told me to go check it out, to go in, and if there wasn't one, to come back and she'd change my room. I went up to the second floor, where as soon as I stepped out of the elevator, it smelled stale. The doors were very old; it honestly looked more like a 'love hotel'. I went into the room and shot out like a rocket – it was disgusting! And when I got back to reception just a few minutes later, Marina asked me in front of other guests: 'Did you mess up the room??' In front of other customers, in a dismissive tone, asking if I messed up the room!! I was stunned and told her: 'My dear, we didn't even have time.' She gives me a room full of filth and then asks if I dirtied it. And then, all patriotic, seeing that I was Asturian, she started telling me how great and important Catalonia was. This girl is not fit to work with the public. Last time we're going to that hotel."
