"I have never complained about a hotel room nor do I enjoy doing so because I have worked as a housekeeper and understand how hard the work is. Our room had trash on the floor upon check in and was dirty elsewhere. It made me quite uncomfortable because if that was over looked..I can’t imagine much else was properly cleaned in the room? Maybe an unfortunate oversight.."

"The only thing going for the room.....nothing. so very disappointed. From the barking dog next door, the very hard bed!!!!!! The sink that took forever to drain, to the electric sockets not working and the wire that is frayed on the clock so we couldn't plug it in. Oh and the person in the next room snoring. Just awful. Do not recommend. I can see why their selling. Definitely not worth the $130.00 per night plus the $150 hold on card for incidentals."

"Be prepared to have your room taken away moments before checking in. It doesn't matter how far in advance you make a reservation to this hotel chain. They'll blame a glitch in the system and not even pretend to care after they've ruined your plans. STAY AWAY. I really hope the GM of Saco Comfort Inn gets Fired!!!!!"

"The pictures on line are not what you get. The room was dirty: we went to the store to get cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom. And the urine smell would not go away. The screens in the window were ripped. We moved a table over a bit and there was food under it. There was an alarm clock that wasn’t plugged in and if you look at the picture, it looks like someone stripped wire from it. Would not recommend!"
