"Checking in was smooth. "Pam" the reception has been very helpful providing me the room I needed - a quiet, high floor and city view room. Though the room wasn't available upon my early check in time, she assisted me in storing my luggage at the counter until the room was ready. She also courteously called me when the room was ready. Much thanks to her for her trained skill and professional work attitude. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is awesome. Everything you need is walking distance. Overall a pleasant stay."

"The room we got was in the middle, it was okay ~ However, I saw 1 small cockroach. Last time, there was 2 (different room, btw) - so I guess the entire area needs to be deep cleaned or it's the wood. The AC remote also doesn't work well, didn't complain since we were only staying for a day. 1 compatible plug for MY adaptors, so really have to take turns if there's 2 of you."

"The hotel is very beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The location and facilities were good, and overall I had a pleasant experience. The only downside was that it could be a bit noisy at night, which sometimes made it difficult to rest. If the noise issue could be improved, the stay would be even better. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again in the future."

"Location was a bit in the middle of nowhere but the service was exceptional. There were no one at the breakfast buffet so that was kind of a plus! Cleanliness though, it was clean since it’s new just that we met with a few insect friends in the room like a moth and a worm and a huge lizard in the lift … hahahaha"
