"A new hotel, all white and marble with tasteful black furnishings, nomore than thirty feet from Lake Como, with fabulous views from your balcony, and the best restaurant in the region. And one problem: constant, unremitting techno music droning away sixteen hours a day from the bar, even when there are no guests. It’s an unrelenting thump in your ears. Amidst all this beauty, there is never a moment of silnce. A six star hotel with a three star problem. Oh, on sundays, there’s a DJ below your window to heighten your sense of tranquillity."
