"It’s a lovely hotel in a quiet spot, however they also take bookings for outside weddings, which means residents are not allowed to use the outside space or the restaurant and have noise until late. For a boutique hotel with only a few rooms and spaces, this amounted to selling the facilities twice - to the residents and to the wedding party. We were confined to our room while celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, which was a shame. There was no prior notice. Please check before booking."
