Instead, we were told someone could come and deal with the fly. As a result, we handle the situation ourselves, which was exhausting. The staff sent some fruits as an apology which we appreciated; however, the overall issue could have been resolved more comfortably with a room change. With better attention to cleanliness and more flexibility in situations like this, the experience would have been much improved."
