In summer, the garden blooms with beautiful roses, while in winter it becomes a peaceful snowy wonderland. The house is about 1.4 km from JR Teine Station, and we provide free pick-up and drop-off service between the station and the house. During your stay, you can enjoy one free round trip per day. For ski lovers, shuttle buses to the Teine Ski Resort are available from JR Teine Station — making access to the slopes easy and convenient. From JR Teine Station, it takes only 17 minutes to Sapporo Station, 23 minutes to Otaru, and about 1 hour to New Chitose Airport. This ideal location lets you enjoy both the excitement of sightseeing and the peace of a relaxing stay. Within 2–3 km of the house, there are several large supermarkets (AEON, Trial 24-hour), many popular restaurants (Japanese BBQ, sushi, izakaya, ramen, Western-style dining, creative cuisine, and cafés), and a large natural hot spring (Honoka Onsen), where you can fully enjoy local food and relaxation. The house has two bedrooms on the second floor (for 4 people) and one Japanese-style room on the first floor (for 2 people). The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet provide a comfortable and pleasant stay. Perfect for families and groups of friends traveling together.

Complete facilities, belonging to adult sex hotel category, there are ****, mind can avoid lightning General hygiene, it is recommended to bring your own disposable supplies, there may be bugs in the room, there are insecticides in it The location is relatively biased, the traffic is not very convenient, it takes more than 10 minutes to walk back to the hotel to take the public transportation, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the nearest convenience store, but there is nothing to say about the cheap choice. Temporary stay for a day or two, more than three or four days is not recommended for saving money.

The location is very convenient. Easy access to underground shopping, stations, restaurants, and convenient stores. Close to tourist areas by walking. Quiet rooms. Limited TV channels choices. The restaurant for breakfast is overrated. Which there weren’t much choices at all. It’s shouldn’t price that high. It doesn’t provide water bottle, but there is kettle. It provides basic skin care by DHC and mouth wash. Which I appreciated. The bathroom washing sink is small, I splashed the water everywhere. Overall, the single room price is reasonable.

Location is excellent, right amongst the main shopping malls, seafood markets, restaurants and commercial streets. You can see the TV tower from some of the rooms and the rooftop barbecue site. The check-in process is however painfully slow. The staff forgot to give us water (supposedly one would receive one bottle per night per person at the reception). The room card we received was also not working... The room albeit clean and tidy was rather barebone and small. It's quite rare nowadays to have a hotel of this pricing not to offer a TV. The breakfast was also very simple. 4 types of crepes. And some very limited choices of food items. I would recommend this hotel to people looking for a quick resting spot with easy access to main visiting spots and having no high requirements for hotel amenities.
