"Host was very warm and welcoming us when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay even only for 1 night. They provide water dispenser which is very convenient. Some games card and physical were also provided and my kids love to play them. It makes them occupied than attached to their gadget. The bed is soooo comfy. We really love this villa and will book this villa when we plan to go to Satun again. Thank you 🥰"

"The atmosphere was great this time, the garden was beautifully arranged, the flowers were lovely, and the staff's service was as good as ever. The only thing I have to criticize is the check-out process. I understood that check-out was at 12:00, but the staff called 10 minutes beforehand, which I found confusing and didn't like feeling pressured. When I checked the app later, I saw that check-out was actually at 11:00 AM, but the staff didn't clearly communicate the check-out time. A small improvement here would be great; everything else was good."

"The resort is with a serene environment, located near the town centre and a short distance from the night market and the Satun Central Mosque. The receptionist and staff were very courteous. When we arrived, the room was full of ants, and the housekeeping staff sprayed the room with insecticide and cleaned the room immediately."

We arrived late at night..there was no front desk at 12+ midnight..we didn't call up earlier to advise our late arrival too.. a room key a flash light and a simple note placed on front desk is surprisingly more than enough to make us felt welcomed and thought for. thumbs up.. The place is beautiful and calming...Simple breakfast was served and all is good..Would definitely return.."

"This hotel has an amazing sense of style — everything feels thoughtfully designed and really stands out. The atmosphere is modern, unique, and super inviting. What truly made the stay special, though, was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. "First of all, the hotel itself is nice and close to the water with a nice view, this can be definitely recommended. But there are a couple of things that are not good. 1. A generator is running around the clock close to the entrance which vibrates through the ground. Earplugs were necessary to sleep. 2. The bar with awesome view closes 8pm already. 3. Lack of space for breakfast, you need to wait and come back until a table is free 4. E.g. Omelette is not possible to be served with vegetables at all, just egg and cheese in it, thats it. Milk, Salt, etc. needed to be refilled by actively engaging with the staff 5. The location is really far away from everything, but this is not serious as it can be considered. One night is okay, but there is not more around to be seen. Sunrise or Pattaya Beach has mu g more to offer."

"Extremely satisfied with the room! It's spacious, the bed is huge, and there's a swimming pool. The price I got by booking in advance was an absolute steal! Koh Lipe isn't very big, and you can reach a beach with just a short walk. It's perfect for those who don't necessarily need a sea-view room but prefer a private bungalow."

"This bungalow-style resort by Sunset Beach is really lovely. The check-in deposit is just 100 THB. I really enjoyed the hotel's layout—it's only a five-minute walk to a 7-Eleven, which is super handy. The hotel's beach area is pretty small and often has boats around, so if you'd like to go snorkeling, I'd suggest walking about 10 minutes to the east side of the beach. For calm, beautiful turquoise water, head to the north tip of the island—it's about 30 minutes from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort offers massage services, a diving club, and yoga classes. A quick note on the bungalow I stayed in: there was no hot water, quite a few mosquitoes, and the lighting was fairly dim since it's nestled among gardens and other houses. The hotel also follows an eco-friendly policy to save electricity."
