"Horrible experience with the staff.  The room shown on trip.com was totally different from the one we got.  The room was in an attic Kind, a sloping ceiling from one end to the other.  We couldn’t even move to get on the bed without hurting the head in day light. We profusely requested to move us  to another room without the slope in the ceiling, we didn’t mind a lower grade room on any floor.  We explained that one of us is a senior citizen and had to get up multiple times to getup to go to the bathroom during the nighttime.  The staff literally did not care.  We did not checkin later in the evening.  We were checking at 4 pm, that means all rooms were not already checked in with guests."

"The room is clean. But the bathroom mirror light is broken, only one ceiling light, so it is very dark. And the water faucet in the shower is broken too, no hot water , so we have to shower in the tub, not convenient, water everywhere. Besides these, the small refrigerator plug is broken too. One broken thing is ok to understand, two is bad, three is not acceptable especially for a 4 star hotel. This hotel must very bad for keeping up the maintenance. Consider their lousy work, we skip their expensive breakfast."

"Among the more expensive accommodations, this hostel was a comparatively budget-friendly option and exceeded my expectations! The self check-in process was seamless using the password I received via email. Since I was staying for an extended period, I was lucky to be assigned a bottom bunk. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. All my roommates during my stay were lovely. The bathrooms were also very clean and plentiful, so I never had to wait to shower. The WiFi was super stable! There's a small kitchen where you can cook, boil water, and heat food. They even have a vending machine. The hostel's location is excellent, right behind the cathedral (you can hear the hourly chimes). It's a 6-minute walk to Bus Stop #8, which seems to be the closest one. The BSI central bus station and Bus Stop #12 are about a 12-minute walk away, but shared electric scooters make getting around very convenient and are a great option."
