"Had a fantastic stay! First off, the value for money is exceptional. Getting a Marriott brand at this price point is a real bargain. The location is great too, not far from IOI City Mall and the Pink Mosque – just a few minutes by taxi, very convenient. The room, while not huge, is super modern and efficiently designed; it has everything you need. Plus, it was spotlessly clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I got a great night's sleep. Downstairs, the public area is spacious, with free billiards and darts, and it's a lovely spot for an evening drink. The front desk staff were welcoming and check-in was quick. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Putrajaya."

"Stayed at Putrajaya Marriott Hotel recently. Overall environment was decent, but I was disappointed with two issues. Firstly, during breakfast, some of the cups provided were stained and did not appear properly cleaned, which affected the dining experience. Secondly, I booked and paid for a room with a double bed and sofa bed, but the room provided only had a double bed without the sofa bed as stated in the booking. Hope the hotel can improve on quality control and ensure room allocations match confirmed bookings."

"Overall the stay is good. Just that the shower water will suddenly became very hot so need to be careful. The staffs are all very friendly and attentive. The tv got no chinese subtitles which my husband would like to bring out this point. Location is linked to a shopping mall. There is no more shop within walking distance."

"I had a very enjoyable stay at Palm Garden Hotel Putrajaya! The hotel is beautifully designed with spacious, clean rooms that are perfect for relaxation after a long day of travelling. The beds were comfortable, and the room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay — including good Wi-Fi and thoughtful amenities. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful from check-in to check-out, which made the experience feel warm and personal. Breakfast had a great variety of options and was delicious. The hotel’s facilities are excellent — there’s a nice outdoor pool (great for cooling off), a gym, and easy access to IOI City Mall, which is just a short walk or shuttle ride away for more dining and shopping options."

"Decent stay with a great location, but some maintenance issues. The bedsheets are quite worn out, and the shower isn’t functioning very well, which affects comfort. That said, the location is a big plus — surrounded by many eating places, and there’s even a 24-hour nasi kandar nearby where you can get really good roti prata anytime of the day. Good for short stays if location and food convenience matter more than room condition."
