"Rating of at most 3 stars, or less!!! High price in relation to quality/price. ALL employees without uniforms, they wear a simple t-shirt and jeans, one of them who was working at breakfast was wearing ripped jeans with several cuts, which is poorly presented for a hotel employee. Breakfast with little quantity, slow replenishment. The hotel is under construction, they were passing by with construction materials in the breakfast room. The hotel has no bar, only a vending machine. Complete disappointment, I do not recommend it."

"Opened just a few weeks ago, the hotel is well located, approximately one kilometer on foot from the Livramento Market. The room was large and, of course, new. Even so, it had a strange smell, perhaps from the air conditioning ducts or other plumbing. This didn't spoil the stay, but it's worth mentioning. We didn't try the breakfast, which seemed very expensive by Portuguese standards."

"The most frustrating organization I ever had to deal with. When I arrived at the hotel they said that the air conditioner was broken, which they could have just called and let me know before, but anyways, they said I could cancel my reservation and get my money back in a week. Called them a 100x times because of the refund...to this day I am still waiting for my refund. You have been warned :)"
