"The overall environment here is quite good. The street sidewalk trees are dizzy and scattered green all year round. The public rest area on the street is clean and tidy. It is especially comfortable to take a daily walk or sit. Its geographical position is very superior, is located in the core of the town center, traffic conditions are particularly convenient. The layout of the nearby public parking lot is reasonable, and you don’t have to worry about finding a parking space when you drive. Whether it is daily commutes, visiting relatives and friends or temporary travel, you can find suitable travel methods. There will be no commuter congestion or travel inconvenience."

"A wonderful hotel with incredibly polite and caring staff. The location is just perfect: Sevan is very close! On the territory there is a swimming pool, playgrounds and a restaurant. The restaurant is delicious! You can buy breakfast on the spot, which I highly recommend, the breakfast is also quite decent. The apartments were clean, spacious. The only thing was that at first it was very cold in them, but we went to the reception and they turned on the heating there, then it even got hot! The territory is very cozy, in the evening they turn on the lights. There is a table in front of each house, you can bring some of your own food. The pool is clean, heated. There are clean towels for the pool on the sun loungers (you don't need to bring them from your room). In general, we really liked it, we would gladly come back again!"

"A shocking disappointment given this is a Best Western. Place was dirty, had 2 floors with bedrooms up and bathroom down. Carpet dirty, smelly and torn. Poor lighting throughout. One bedroom had virtually no light. Took a lamp from another room to give some light. Depressing room, dark and dank and smelly. Wall in bathroom leaked. Water not potable but they only provide minimal amount. Gave a kettle but no cups. Only saving grace is it has a beautiful restaurant on the sea with a stunning view, good food, lots of it at a reasonable price. Included breakfast was huge and varied. "

"A cozy hotel with a great location, a stunning view of the mountains from the window))) there is a kettle, bath accessories and excellent hot water pressure, which is very important in February, when it is cool outside and you want to warm up))) Next to the hotel there is a cafe Parus, I recommend it!!! Very, very tasty cuisine, we took Sevan fish and lula kebab, the prices are very inexpensive"
