"We really enjoyed the retro look of the motel! The lobby and restaurant are amazing! Our room was very comfortable and I loved the bathroom and shower. We had our breakfast in the restaurant there and our server, Michele, was awesome. She was so very friendly and accommodating! We enjoyed our breakfast, which was so much better than the continental breakfasts you get at other hotels! We checked out the pool and surrounding pool deck. It was really cool! Loved the look. We hope to go back for a longer visit sometime."

"Facilities: Probably one of the newest hotels in Gatlinburg, the facilities are very new, feeling like a Pro Max version of a Ji Hotel in China. It has a swimming pool, gym, and parking, and there's even a small Starbucks downstairs. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, the cleanest hotel I've seen in all my time in the US. Environment: Very good, a five-minute walk from Gatlinburg's main pedestrian street, and next to the famous Agan Seafood Restaurant. Service: Good service; they gave us a late check-out."
