The lobby is very clean and tidy, and the front desk staff are polite and efficient. The rooms are also very clean and tidy, and the daily cleaning service is excellent. Breakfast was good, hygienic and delicious. I was very satisfied after a 3-night stay, so I extended for another night. When I went to the front desk to update my key card on the evening of June 22nd, the staff member was exceptionally professional and welcoming, making me feel right at home.

Had a very quiet and comfortable stay! There's a Luckin Coffee and a KFC nearby, and the price is super affordable. It's a great find for business trips to Bao'an District, haha. The staff were especially polite, and the breakfast buffet was also very rich! I'll definitely choose this place again for future business trips!

For this price, getting this level of quality is definitely good value for money. I would consider staying here again next time I'm in the area.

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's just a few minutes' walk from Gucun Park Station on lines 7 and 15, and Gucun Park's Gate 2 is right across the street. This makes exploring the park and getting around incredibly convenient. There are plenty of shops and convenience stores nearby, and they even have free parking, which is a huge plus. The hotel itself has a modern, minimalist-luxe design. The 24-hour front desk staff are incredibly friendly and efficient with check-in and check-out, and they respond to requests very quickly. The rooms feature full smart voice control, so you can adjust the lights, curtains, and AC just by speaking. Combined with the smart toilet and a separate wet/dry bathroom, it feels incredibly high-tech. The bedding is soft and plush – perfect for a really restful sleep. The cleanliness is top-notch; there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere, even in the corners. The amenities are comprehensive, with a free gym, an indoor pool, and a 24-hour self-service laundry room. It offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Gucun.

I brought my child here for an exam and couldn't book a twin room. I was worried a king-size bed would be too cramped and uncomfortable, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable, so we slept wonderfully. The surroundings were beautiful, and the service was absolutely top-notch!

This hotel apartment was even better than I expected – clean and tidy. It's a newly opened establishment. We drove all the way from Hangzhou and arrived very late, around 3 AM, and the front desk staff had already gone to bed. We had to call him, but he still came to greet us with a smile. It's a highly recommended apartment hotel, mainly because it's affordable, clean, and has great service. I left in such a hurry I forgot to take pictures. If I have the chance, I'll definitely stay here again next time.

I have been to this Chinese restaurant for dinner and afternoon tea before. Come and experience the accommodation this time. The parent-child room was decorated very carefully, and my daughter chose the yellow duck theme room. The breakfast variety is a bit limited. The pancakes and juice were gone before 10 o'clock and they were not replenished. It was not a good feeling. But when we checked in that night, the lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and personally guided us to our room. The room was on the first floor, and we needed to take the elevator from the lobby (second floor) to go downstairs. We took the elevator and the lady at the front desk met us by the stairs. I instantly felt that the management was in place. The guy at the front desk on the day of check-out was also very nice. He personally took us to the internal passage for guests staying in Gucun Park. Like the front desk 👍

It's 400 meters from Luonan New Village MRT Station and a 10-minute walk to Luonan Night Market. The night market was bustling, so I bought some snacks to enjoy back at the hotel. It was great to watch variety shows on my phone while eating. A minor drawback is that the hallways are long and there are too many rooms, which can be a bit noisy if someone accidentally opens their door.

My first time staying in a movie theater room! [laughing emoji] I was a little excited after booking, and I was quite satisfied after checking in. The sound quality was pretty good, and although the room wasn't big, the experience was quite nice, with a touch of coziness and romance 💕... The cleanliness was good, and the facilities were complete. I look forward to trying other room types. Oh, and the price is really cheap right now, super cost-effective!
