"I had a very pleasant stay at Erhai Lakeview Apartments. First photo is the view from the room, absolutely stunning! Room is big and spacious with a lot of space to open our luggage. We were assisted by very friendly and helpful staff 小乐 throughout our stay and he provided us with food recommendations around the area as well as possible itinerary or activities to do in Dali during our stay. Additionally, the apartment is conveniently located above a convenience store, local eats, a cafe, and options to rent e-scooters for transport around the city. The street opposite also has many good food options. Would recommend!"

"Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is excellent with convenient transportation. The room was spotless, and the facilities were complete and functional. The soundproofing was also good. Both the front desk and room service were very attentive and responded quickly. Check-in and check-out were efficient and fast. It's about a ten-minute walk to the South Gate of Dali Ancient City and Gate 2 of the South Gate. 2. The hotel's location is outside the local traffic control zone, which means flexible and convenient travel. 3. It's relatively close to the Erhai Longkan Observation Deck, roughly 3 to 4 kilometers away. I'd recommend taking a Didi (ride-hailing service), which should cost around 20-30 RMB. 4. The main road outside the hotel has many late-night food stalls, great for an evening stroll and snack. **Hotel Facilities:** 1. Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM, with a wide variety of food options. 2. The hotel has an underground parking garage with direct elevator access to the hotel and front desk. 3. The hotel is designed in a traditional courtyard style with three floors. The first floor offers free traditional costume photo opportunities. It's also very quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. 4. The hotel rooms have a Chinese-style decor and are clean and tidy. 5. The room photos online accurately reflect the actual rooms. **Price:** You get what you pay for. I personally think it's excellent value for money. **Service:** 1. The service was warm and welcoming. 2. When we asked about local attractions, they provided insightful recommendations based on our schedule, helping us avoid wasting time. 3. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out, which was a lovely touch and made us feel very happy. **Areas for Improvement:** 1. The alley leading to the underground parking is a bit narrow, especially the turn into the garage entrance. If you're not an experienced driver, I'd suggest having someone else park. 2. It would be even more perfect if they offered afternoon tea and some snacks from 2 PM to 4 PM."

"The owner was incredibly welcoming and kind. They even picked us up from the bus station and took us to the guesthouse. Our room was spotless and fresh, with no unpleasant smells. The first floor of the guesthouse is absolutely beautiful! 😍 And the rooftop patio is amazing – you can relax on the swing, gaze at Cangshan Mountain in the distance, and admire the old town. It's incredibly peaceful and relaxing! I highly recommend booking here! It's super close to the South Gate of the old town, which is perfect for an evening stroll and experiencing the night market. Overall, a fantastic experience!"

"If you don't have high expectations, then go ahead and book this place, considering the price. If you care about the environment, I'd suggest spending a bit more for a better hotel. The location is right in the old town, so it's lively at night and convenient for shopping. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't noisy at all, very quiet, and didn't disturb my sleep. The downside is that the cleanliness is just average, but then again, it is really cheap. A small tip: return your electric scooter early. You can't ride it in at night, and walking is even faster than the scooter!"

"This was the most comfortable stay I've had in Yunnan so far. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was super comfy – I finally got a good night's sleep here! The butler service was incredibly attentive. Seeing I was traveling alone, they were very caring, providing detailed tips and advice on what to avoid. The recommended restaurants were all fantastic. Every day, they'd bring me breakfast, afternoon tea, and sweet soup, all delicious and beautifully presented. The courtyard is lovely with vibrant greenery. The two little Shiba Inus are adorable and happy to be petted. Especially Eleven, who is very lively and loves to charm guests. The location is excellent, very convenient for getting to the ancient city. You can park right at the entrance, and there's electric scooter rental available, making it easy to get around. I definitely made the right choice! Staying here, I could just lie in bed and enjoy the beautiful view of Cangshan Mountain. Even without leaving the property, I could relax, drink tea, enjoy the scenery, and quietly savor life! I truly love this place and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Dali!"

They have excellent taste; the small garden in front of the guesthouse is beautifully maintained! What really impressed me was how each room perfectly matched its advertised layout, view, and facilities – every room is unique and fantastic, showing real dedication. My room was spacious with a distinctive layout and fully equipped. The double sinks were incredibly convenient, and the direct ocean view was absolutely stunning. Sitting on the small balcony, feeling the breeze, admiring the scenery, and chatting was pure bliss! The breakfast was also very generous. I truly hope this lovely guesthouse continues to thrive!"

"The room layout is great, allowing you to enjoy a cup of tea while overlooking Erhai Lake. We encountered tidal flow lanes (5:30 PM - 6:45 PM) on our way to the hotel. We called the hotel directly and added Diana, a staff member, on WeChat. She guided us to the hotel very accurately and even recommended local Dali food and travel routes, saving us a lot of trouble. The underground parking is also excellent. This is a reputable hotel, and its quality is trustworthy. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Dali."

"Cleanliness: The room was very clean. Facilities: It had all the necessary amenities, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a razor. A small suggestion though: the hairdryer's power was a bit weak, which isn't ideal for long-haired women. Environment: I'm extremely satisfied with the room's location. Waking up early, I could see the beautiful Erhai Lake and the sunrise. A small suggestion for vacationers would be to have a speaker in the room for a better experience. You can also access the lakeside directly from the small courtyard behind the room. Service: They contacted me in advance by phone and WeChat to confirm my arrival time. My train arrived around 10:00 PM, and about 20 minutes before I landed, they proactively asked if I had arrived in Dali. The small buggy in the picture is also quite stylish."
