"Overall, a really unique and special stay. While it looks close to the main road, you should know that going down to the city center might only take 5 to 10 minutes walking downhill but it's a steep hill going up. The staff was really helpful and knew how to use translation apps. Our one complaint was that the common areas (lounge and shared toilet) could be cleaned a bit better. Otherwise, we really loved the view and our stay."

"Super beautiful and well designed hotel with exceptional service. After coming back from the mountains we felt so well taken care of and could get some rest: we could wash our clothes, got super tasty snacks for free and the staff immediately attended any question or requests we had. The hotel is also perfectly located in Kanding. Super close to two main temples and only a 20 minute walk to the city center. The view from the room we had was also amazing. Highly highly recommend this hotel when visiting Kanding - and we hope to come back again! Thank you again!"

"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Tagong. From the moment I walked in, the service was incredibly friendly and welcoming. As a pleasant surprise, I was even given a free upgrade to a room with a larger bed. The rooms are brand new and beautifully designed. My room had a magnificent view over the grasslands, which made the stay even more special. Everything felt very comfortable and modern, and the shower was excellent. A particularly thoughtful feature was the built-in oxygen machine, which is very helpful at this altitude. Breakfast was also great, with a tasty selection that included vegetables, fruits, and some sweets. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value for the price. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Tagong."

"Facilities: As it's a new Atour hotel, all the facilities are quite new and convenient, with everything you need. The only minor issue is the wireless charging, which isn't particularly effective. Cleanliness: The hygiene is basically flawless; it's exceptionally clean. The cleaning staff are also wonderful, highly recommend them. Service: The service was a delightful surprise. The front desk staff were all very enthusiastic and thoughtful, and the laundry room attendant was also excellent."

"The hotel was clean. When I left in the morning, I saw the owner and his wife cleaning the place themselves. Disposable towels and seat cushions were provided. Parking was available, and the owner was very helpful, helping to carry our luggage upstairs. I asked him about traffic conditions before we left, and his advice was very helpful, saving us from even longer traffic. The area around the hotel was relatively quiet, and the glass provided good soundproofing. I forgot to take a photo of the room, but here's a picture of the Kangding River."

"I was given a complimentary room upgrade during the off-season, and this was the only one out of seven or eight hotels in Sichuan that had a humidifier – a true lifesaver! Coming from the humid south to this high-altitude region, my skin was practically cracking, so this gets a super positive review!!! The facilities are incredibly new. The moment you step in, it's warm, and the underfloor heating is fantastic. The bathroom heater is even warmer! Even the bed was warm; I didn't see an electric blanket, so is this also due to the underfloor heating? (A southerner's astonishment!) They provided both regular and disposable bath towels for guests to choose from, which is incredibly thoughtful... It's perfect for someone like me who only uses disposable towels when traveling. This is definitely one of the best hotels of my Sichuan trip, offering great value for money. If I ever come back to western Sichuan and pass through on the grand loop, I'd love to stay here again."

"My colleagues and I were on a self-drive trip along the Sichuan-Tibet Highway, with Lhasa as our final destination. We arrived in Xinduqiao in the afternoon. Since we didn't want to rush our journey, we had ample time, so we decided to rest at this hotel for a night before continuing. The hotel's location is easy to find, right by the provincial road, yet it's incredibly quiet, ensuring our rest wouldn't be disturbed. There are plenty of exclusive parking spaces right in front of the hotel, so we didn't have to worry about finding a spot after going out for dinner, which is really convenient for self-drivers like us. Even though we booked it impulsively as a temporary stop, the hotel far exceeded our expectations. The biggest surprise was the underfloor heating. Temperatures drop sharply at night in the高原 (high-altitude areas), but the room was warm enough to walk barefoot on the floor. Before bed, we used the oxygen concentrator provided by the hotel, which helped alleviate our mild altitude sickness, and we slept exceptionally well. The front desk staff were all incredibly welcoming. Upon arrival, they offered us warm Rhodiola tea and even recommended an authentic ******* restaurant. The front desk service was also very thoughtful; any items we needed were brought to our room within minutes. Both the facilities and the service details were excellent. When we checked out in the morning, the lady at the front desk even offered us complimentary bottled water. Next time we visit Xinduqiao, we'll definitely choose this place again."

"🗺️This is my third time walking on Provincial Highway 434 in western Sichuan👋The scenery is as beautiful as ever. I stayed in this hotel with a try-it attitude. It was quite unexpected that the front desk service and various facilities were very good. It can be regarded as a good start for me to come to western Sichuan. The hotel is very good for taking pictures. I saw the golden mountain in the sun⛰️, soaked in hot springs♨️, and had delicious coffee☕️In the evening, the hotel lady also took us to dance Guozhuang, wearing very Kham ethnic minority costumes. It was a very happy experience. It was really very good🤗The meaning of travel is not only to see healing scenery and meet beautiful people. I think it is more important to experience extraordinary happiness with a group of like-minded friends🎉"

"The room was clean and tidy. We had a lot of stuff for the baby, and the staff were very helpful, even offering to watch her. The front desk also had tea to help with altitude sickness. The breakfast, especially, was fantastic; even though it was the off-season and not many people were around, they had everything you could want. (Other hotels I've stayed at in the off-season had incredibly poor and sloppy breakfasts.) The central oxygen supply in the room started at 8 AM, and I was feeling some altitude sickness, so one of the staff members kindly brought over a portable oxygen concentrator for me."
