"It was really great. The room was quite spacious, and the owner upgraded our room for free. "Super beautiful and well designed hotel with exceptional service. After coming back from the mountains we felt so well taken care of and could get some rest: we could wash our clothes, got super tasty snacks for free and the staff immediately attended any question or requests we had. The hotel is also perfectly located in Kanding. Super close to two main temples and only a 20 minute walk to the city center. The view from the room we had was also amazing. Highly highly recommend this hotel when visiting Kanding - and we hope to come back again! Thank you again!"

"The experience was very good. There was a light fragrance when entering the lobby, which was very pleasant. The service of the young man at the front desk was very good. There were even oxygen concentrators and humidifiers available. The off-season price was very reasonable, making it excellent value for money… I couldn't resist taking several photos at the hotel. If you're looking for a photoshoot, this hotel is a great place, a blend of modern Instagrammable style and traditional ******* aesthetics. The owner was friendly and talkative, and the staff were lively and friendly. I'll definitely stay here again!"

"Time Forgiveness Resort is where we're staying for the next two days. I'm really impressed with this hotel; its modern decor seamlessly blends with numerous ******* elements. The lady at the front desk was incredibly warm and welcoming! Upon arrival, she presented us with a Hada (a ceremonial scarf) and offered a heartwarming bowl of butter tea. The staff member helped us with our luggage to our room and gave us a tour of the facilities. What really caught my attention was the oxygen enrichment system, which allows for direct oxygen inhalation or can diffuse oxygen throughout the room. Our room also came with a complimentary fruit platter, and the mini-fridge was stocked with free Coke, Sprite, and biscuits. These thoughtful little touches truly made me feel the room rate was fantastic value for money! Disposable nasal oxygen cannulas and bottled water were readily available for self-service next to the elevator on every floor, which was incredibly convenient. "I highly recommend Baiwan. The location is so convenient, right off National Highway 248. The staff was incredibly attentive, checking in quickly and providing helpful tips for nearby attractions. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, which gave me a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the toiletries and hand soap were all high-quality. There were also children's toothbrushes and bathrobes (at the front desk). The breakfast was delicious and perfectly suited my taste, especially the delicious xiaolongbao (steamed dumplings). From check-in to check-out, the entire process was smooth, with absolutely no complaints. This hotel will definitely be my top choice next time I'm in Xinduqiao!"

PPockyBackpackThis hotel is located off the main road, requiring a short drive on a dirt path up a hill. On clear days, you can enjoy a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains. All the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. Since I was traveling alone, the hotel thoughtfully adjusted the hotpot portion to suit one person — which I really appreciated — and it was absolutely delicious. Every room offers a view of the snowy mountains. The in-room amenities are of high quality, the room is cozy and comfortably warm, and the size is just right — not too big or small. My favorite part, though, was the hotel’s common area, especially during sunset when the snow mountains turn red. The staff even invited me to step outside and take photos, which was so sweet of them. The next morning, I had to leave early, but breakfast normally starts late. Still, the staff kindly prepared an early breakfast just for me. Overall, the service mindset here is truly impressive, and the hotel’s common area is stunning — a paradise for photography lovers, with countless beautiful spots for pictures.

My partner was suffering from the altitude when we arrived and they immediately set us up with an oxygen concentrator. He felt better almost immediately. We are thankful they had one! They kept checking in on our health throughout our entire stay. We had a beautiful big room on the fourth floor with views of Mt. Yala and life around the river. Loved the in floor heating. Even if you don't get a room on the 4th floor, there is a sitting area up with the view. The hotel is close to the main street, 10 minute walk to Tagong Monastery, 20 minute walk to the study monastery and 5 minute walk to the trail which leads up over the grasslands to Ani Gompa and Muya Dasi. We can't thank the host and staff enough - they made a delicious hotpot on our first night, looked after us everyday and found us a ride onto Danba. They and we managed the English translation apps enough that we could work through the language barrier. Thank you!

GGuest UserI came to western Sichuan to take wedding photos. When I saw the pictures, I felt that they were very suitable for me, so I booked it immediately. Shortly after landing in Chengdu, the lady called me to ask if I needed to reserve dinner. I felt the warm service before I checked in. After a day of shooting, the altitude sickness was a bit serious. When I returned to the hotel, the lady helped us prepare sugar and salt water. It really felt like returning home. Here, the key point is: for a journey dominated by natural scenery, it is really too important to live comfortably. The basic configuration of Tingshan impressed me the most. 1️⃣ The room temperature is suitable 2️⃣ The shower water pressure is very sufficient 3️⃣ The pillow is super comfortable But what impressed me the most was the lovely people. Whether it was the boss or the store manager, they were all very warm and warm. I look forward to coming again in the summer, and everyone will sing, drink and BBQ in the yard together! Goodbye Kangding, come to Tingshan next time🏔️

GGuest UserThis hotel was good except for the disappointment about the gym. We booked this hotel specifically out of others in kangding as it was written on booking that the hotel offers a gym. We are on a training program and need a gym. When we arrived and asked about the gym they said that the gym had not been opened yet. When I asked why they advertise themselves as hotel with a gym the response was “we used to have a gym, now it’s under renovation because some of the equipment is out of use”, and when I asked if I still could use what equipment that was working, the response was simply no and that I can go to an outdoor exercise area outside in the freezing cold. So rude! Except for this the hotel was totally fine, nice rooms and good breakfast. Just don’t advertise what you don’t have online, it leaves costumers dissatisfied even if the rest was good.

They escorted me to my room, showed me how to turn on the underfloor heating, and even turned on the waterfall-style oxygen supply and the humidifier! I just came down from Yuzixi and was browsing on Ctrip while eating. I saw a designer art hotel that looked interesting, so I compared several options and finally chose this one. I didn't make the wrong choice! They really guided me to my room step-by-step. When I told them I didn't have altitude sickness and didn't need the oxygen supply, they said, ”It's fine, just leave it on!” The next day there was a ******* costume experience, a coffee shop, free breakfast, etc. I thought the cleanliness was generally okay. The interior design is really stylish; apparently, the owner recommended everything. The coffee shop has a second floor, and on a sunny day, it was so comfortable to sunbathe there. Location: Xinduqiao Youran Muyun Designer Art Hotel. It's best to book in advance; I didn't book, and it took some time to coordinate.

The mattress comfort was only average, and the pillows were a bit of a letdown, being overly soft and fluffy and offering little to no neck support. Hotel service was excellent. Both the front desk staff and the housekeeping team were incredibly warm and accommodating. Extra requests, like additional toothbrushes or blankets, were promptly delivered. The housekeeping staff even helped put on the duvet cover for the extra blanket, a thoughtful gesture as some hotels expect guests to do this themselves. The room offered a nice mountain view from the window. However, small bugs were quite prevalent, which I found a bit unsettling. The stick-on window screen had started to peel off, leaving gaps and allowing insects in. The bathroom was also very spacious and featured a smart toilet. However, the hot water pressure in the shower was quite low, which wasn't very refreshing. A full set of disposable toiletries was provided. Breakfast, served until 9:30 AM, offered a decent variety, including bread, porridge, milk, fruit, and a mix of steamed and fried options. However, freshly cooked noodles or vermicelli were not available. The dining area wasn't very large, so it's best to avoid peak hours. Free and ample parking was available.
