"This is a long overdue positive review! Last week, I traveled to Western Sichuan, and on the second night, I stayed at this hotel. Due to altitude sickness, I had an unbearable headache in the early hours of the morning. I asked the owner if there was a hospital nearby, and without a second thought, he drove me to the Xinduqiao Health Center. After my treatment, he came back to pick me up. It was already past 1 AM, and it was hailing outside. I wanted to offer him a token of appreciation, but he refused. The next day, when I saw him at the restaurant, he even asked how I was recovering. I was incredibly touched. I promised the owner a good review at the time, but since my friend made the booking, it's taken until now for me to get a chance to review it on my phone. My sincerest apologies for the delay. I wish the owner a prosperous business and Tashi Delek! 🌹 P.S.: The hotel has oxygen equipment, the bedding is very clean, and the breakfast is a unique nine-grid style. "Staying at this hotel in Kangding was an excellent choice! The location is superb, the room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable. Hot water was consistent, and the heating was more than adequate, which is perfect for high-altitude travel. "This guesthouse was the absolute best on our Western Sichuan Grand Loop trip. It's grand and luxurious, with various room types to suit different needs. Even during the holidays, they didn't jack up prices like guesthouses in Yading Village charging thousands a night. I was so satisfied, it completely exceeded my expectations! Honestly, I was disappointed with the Kangding scenic area. I came because of that famous song, but the maintenance and management of the attractions were the worst in all of Western Sichuan, even though the natural scenery is stunning. Just fifteen minutes after leaving the scenic area, we arrived at this hot spring hotel and were completely cured of our disappointment... The hot springs, the hotel's design, and the overall architecture are beyond five-star. Chatting with the owner later, I learned it was indeed a master-level design. As detail-oriented people, we lingered in every area, and every photo turned out amazing. It wasn't just for show; it was genuinely comfortable and relaxing. The service and hygiene were definite bonuses. Thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up! I immediately recommended it to everyone on my social media. The ******* owner, a native of the area, was very thoughtful and kind. From dinner to breakfast, he constantly checked if we were enjoying our food and personally demonstrated how to make ******* butter tea and sticky rice cakes. He even showed us his private collection of heirloom ******* clothing, which was a real treat. We will definitely be back, and I hope Ligou maintains its quality and has a prosperous business!"

"The holiday rental was very clean, and I found the toiletries to be spotless. All the facilities were great too. I've stayed in some cabins before where the water supply wasn't very convenient, but at this place, every room has a private bathroom and the hot water was readily available, which was fantastic! 👍 The owner was also very kind. We wanted to cook our own meals, and she lent us chairs. My charger broke in the middle of the night, and even though it was raining, they brought a new one over to me. Absolutely wonderful! 👍"

"The girls who greeted us were really nice and responsible. However, the room facilities were just so-so. At 2k a night, considering the view and amenities, the value for money was very low. The courtyard wasn't very private, and the toiletries were poorly provided. They provided two small conditioners but no body lotion, and it was placed near the sink. For four people (two adults and two children), there were only two mouthwash cups – clearly, you can't judge a book by its cover. Also, I suggest the owner not be so mercenary. Making money and it being peak season are understandable. Breakfast was just a bowl of rice noodles, which was already quite perfunctory. Asking for coffee was met with an extra charge, although the girls later provided it, the experience was still terrible. How much does a cup of coffee cost? Not to mention, I spent over 600 yuan on a bland hot pot dinner at their restaurant that evening. There were barely any chicken pieces, yet the whole pot cost 388 yuan. The next day, I went to Kangding city and had a yak hot pot that my family of four ate until we were stuffed, and it only cost 200 yuan. There were many other small details, but I won't go into them. I hope the owner can maintain good quality and value for money while making money. Don't try to make a quick buck. Thanks again to the girls for their service."

Regarding service, as soon as our vehicle arrived, the staff warmly approached to inquire if we needed any assistance with our luggage and proactively helped with carrying it. Before our official check-in, they also meticulously guided us through the different room types. Considering we were traveling with children, the owner kindly upgraded us free of charge. After check-in, the staff served a delicate afternoon tea, which we enjoyed in our room while admiring the view outside the window – a truly relaxing and pleasant experience. The owner even led the children in a ******* incense-making experience, which the children thoroughly enjoyed. It's worth mentioning the soaking tub in the room. When the children wanted to enjoy it, we spontaneously suggested creating a special atmosphere. Although we hadn't prepared beforehand, the owners acted quickly, cleaning and disinfecting the ball pit and carefully arranging it with beautiful roses from their own garden, making the entire experience feel warm and welcoming. When one of our children accidentally cut their finger, the hotel staff immediately provided first aid, including disinfection and bandaging, and accompanied us to a nearby pharmacy for proper treatment, making us feel very cared for. The breakfast was equally exquisite and delicious. Every dish reflected the chef's care and enthusiasm, making it a truly unforgettable experience."
