"The surprises of a city often reveal themselves during your overnight stay. This time, the hotel I stayed in was on a high floor, and the night view was as beautiful as a flowing painting. The facilities were comprehensive: a free gym and laundry room were all available. The little detail that really impressed me was the unlimited supply of bottled water by the elevators – that feeling of being looked after was truly wonderful. "The hotel boasts an overall vintage French design, and the lobby's decor is elegant and stylish, creating a great ambiance. However, the facilities are noticeably outdated. The room interiors, appliances, and bathroom fixtures show clear signs of age and general wear, lacking proper renovation and maintenance. The breakfast experience was quite disappointing. The selection wasn't extensive, and what really impacted the experience was that most hot dishes were lukewarm throughout, indicating very poor insulation, which significantly detracted from the taste. On the bright side, the service deserves commendation. The front desk and concierge staff were warm, friendly, and highly responsive. They were very patient during check-in and with inquiries, showing great attention to detail. Overall, the hotel excels in service and its retro aesthetic, but there's significant room for improvement in both hardware and breakfast quality."

"This trip left a deep impression on Wanda Meihua Xining. It was also because of the hotel's sincere attitude and professional service that we had a new good impression of this city in the northwest. This trip was a self-driving tour. We drove from Dunhuang to Xining. The hotel decoration was very fashionable and warm; the room was of moderate size, the bedding was very comfortable, and there were large floor-to-ceiling windows. After checking in, the room encountered some minor problems. Because the check-in time was late, the staff was not asked to solve it. When checking out, the front desk staff asked the guests for their opinions and mentioned it. I didn't think too much about it, but Manager Wang on duty immediately followed him out to the parking lot to understand the details after hearing it. Then he also actively followed up and apologized with Manager Meng. I was very moved by his very sincere attitude. Secondly, I felt very comfortable and warm in my heart; no hotel is 100% perfect, but a sincere attitude and sincere and sincere treatment of guests can make up for all the shortcomings. "Xining City does not know if parking is tight. I have seen many hotels. There is no free parking and no parking lot of my own. But there is a free parking lot at the entrance of this hotel. I turned around in the city during the day. I have a parking space at any time when I return to the hotel. Very good, the room is very clean, The price is not expensive, quiet, cost-effective, stayed for two nights and rested very well, the front desk lady was very enthusiastic to send two cans of Coke, overall good, recommended!"

"This stay experience was really great! The location of the hotel is particularly good, the subway station is out, and it is super convenient to go to attractions and business districts. The room was very clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the sleep was particularly fragrant. The front desk lady sister service is super intimate, the check-in speed is fast, and she also took the initiative to introduce the surrounding food. The recommended restaurant tastes great. The soundproofing of the hotel is good, quiet at night, will not be disturbed at all. The overall price is very high, I will stay here next time, highly recommended!"

GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay at the Mehood Hotel in Xining. The location is excellent — perfect for a stop before and after our trip to Yushu. As with many centrally located hotels, drop-off and pick-up are a short walk from the entrance, but this wasn’t an issue for us. The lifts are shared and can get a bit busy at times, but once on the hotel floor, it’s peaceful and quiet. The breakfast offers a good variety, mostly Chinese dishes, but the staff were understanding and didn’t mind us bringing extra food for the children. The staff were consistently friendly and especially kind to our kids, which made our stay even more pleasant. I really appreciated the laundry room with washing machines — being able to do our own laundry was such a bonus during our travels. The air conditioning wasn’t working but the staff quickly moved us to a cooler room on the other side of the hotel, which we really appreciated. Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in Xining. We’d happily come back!

JJifanxixiaolangpiBack in Xining, I didn't hesitate to choose the Wanda Vista Hotel again. The hotel entrance had a lovely aroma that immediately uplifted our spirits. The grand and bright lobby also helped to alleviate our altitude sickness. Since it was a holiday, there were many guests, but everyone was queuing in an orderly fashion. Upon entering the room, we could see the mountain view. At this time of year, green shoots are just starting to appear, giving a vibrant and flourishing feel. The breakfast service was warm and attentive, creating a comfortable and pleasant dining atmosphere. The variety and taste of the food met our needs perfectly. Originally, there was an airport shuttle bus stop right outside the hotel, but it wasn't operating recently. I asked the hotel staff, and they mentioned that due to a recent state visit and subsequent traffic control, the service hasn't been restored yet. I hope the airport shuttle service will be back up and running next time I return, making travel more convenient.

MMoz CSI had a truly great stay here, largely thanks to the incredible staff. The hotel is located in a fantastic spot - very close to the Dongguan Grand Mosque and Xia Nanguan Street, which is perfect for food shopping and enjoying nighttime street food. The design of the hotel has a nice vintage charm to it—nothing overly flashy, but it's very clean and comfortable, and I had no complaints at all. They also offer private parking, which is really convenient if you're renting a car. What really made my stay special was the service. The staff went above and beyond for me. I was struggling with bad altitude sickness, and without me even saying a word, the front desk team noticed how I was feeling and kindly sent medicine, yogurt, and an oxygen canister to my room. That kind of care means so much. Later that night, my room was a bit too warm, and even though it was late, the night staff happily helped me switch rooms. I’m so grateful. A special thank you to Ms. Ma Ping for all her help and kindness. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xining—you'll be in good hands here. 我在这家酒店住得非常愉快，最主要的原因是这里的服务人员实在太棒了。酒店的位置很好，离东关大清真寺和下南关街都很近，那边非常适合买吃的，晚上也有热闹的街头小吃。酒店的设计带点复古的怀旧风格，不是那种很浮夸的类型，但非常干净舒适，我完全没有任何不满意的地方。酒店还有自己的私人停车场，对于自驾的客人来说非常方便。真正让这次住宿变得特别的是他们的服务。我当时高原反应挺严重的，结果完全不用我开口，前台的工作人员看到我的状况后，主动送来了药、酸奶和一瓶氧气到我的房间。这种细心和关怀真的让人很感动。晚上我的房间有点太暖，尽管已经很晚了，夜班的工作人员还是很乐意帮我换了房间，我真的很感激。特别感谢马平女士对我所有的帮助。我一定会把这家酒店推荐给要来西宁的旅客 - 你们在这里一定会被好好照顾的。

GGuest UserAfter comparing several options for my trip to Xining, I chose this Fairfield by Marriott in Chengbei. It was easy to find with navigation. The room wasn't huge, but it was clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was quite rich, with some local Northwestern specialties. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and proactive in helping guests with any issues. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance to visit Xining.

GGuest UserI will go home tomorrow. I will write this evaluation on the bed of the hotel. The first time I brought the whole family to Xining, I was really happy to meet this hotel. First of all, the hygiene is really good, there are disposable toilet pads, disposable toiletries, and the hygiene is very good every day. More importantly, this store is really operating with care, from the decoration style of the lobby to the facilities and equipment of the room, including hygiene, and the service attitude is impeccable. The various problems encountered in the accommodation, from the grassroots waiter to the manager, are solved in the first time, and the reply message is timely! ! ! When I left, the child liked the starfish soap in the room, and the manager sent a few more! ! ! ! I wish the hotel better and better! ! !

GGuest UserThe hotel room and its bathroom are very large spacious and they would meet four star hotel standard if they were kept clean and well maintained. But the carpet throughout the hotel needs to be changed and only one (and two later) out of four elevators was (were) working that caused big problems when all room were occupied. Guest reported the problem to the local police and a second elevator started to work one day later. Overall a great asset but very poor managed.
