"1. Unfortunately, our entire stay at this hotel was ruined by the following incident: there is an Aquamania counter in the hotel lobby. We booked a Saaba tour, with a ferry departing directly from the hotel and being part of the hotel, although the hotel later denied this. The ferry captain was very rude and inappropriate from the start, but we tried to ignore it and not ruin our trip. However, as we were leaving the dock, the captain crashed into concrete and the boats in front of us because he mixed up the reverse and forward gears, causing a broken off part of the ferry, causing about 1.5 meters of damage. However, he didn't stop, and without checking the boat, he went out into the open sea with the passengers, trying to cover up the accident and swearing the entire trip, which took 4 hours instead of 1.5 hours. The boat kept tilting to the right and wouldn't listen. The entire 4 hours were rocking terribly and it was incredibly scary. We were sure we would drown, which was incredibly stressful. A burning smell came from the engine in the middle of the trip. It's a crime that the damaged vessel was sent out to sea with passengers on board without inspection, without evacuation, or inspection for holes or other damage. Our entire evening and day were ruined. The next day I was also terribly ill; I couldn't get out of bed until departure. Neither the Aquamania management nor the hotel responded to this crime, telling us we could do whatever we wanted and go wherever we wanted. This is the first time we've encountered such an attitude toward tourist safety. We strongly advise against visiting this hotel. This attitude toward the lives and safety of tourists is unacceptable. 2. Upon check-in, they charged a $250 deposit to our card; there's no information about this anywhere. We can only hope they'll refund it. The staff is extremely rude and unwilling to help. Our entire stay in this country was ruined by this hotel. 3. The breakfasts were extremely poor."

"First it was a hotel to stay at for an overnight connection. The traffic anywhere on island is crazy almost anytime. It is nice to be on the correct side of the draw bridge and not get stuck in that mess of open or closed, but you're still get stuck in traffic just getting to hotel, any hotel really... Has lots of places to eat nearby. Front desk is very friendly and accommodating. This is very acceptable hotel for a clean bed to sleep on and a hot shower... I did have a small leak from ceiling above, but luckily it was directly into the shower!"
