"I agree with the comments about the misleading advertising for the spa. It should be noted a great spa project and a view from the window. We chose this place because of the promised warm pool of 41 degrees, in reality the water was about 30 degrees, we were freezing outside. We hoped to warm up in the sauna, but to our great surprise, its heating was not turned on at all, the water in the shower is barely lukewarm, as we are freezing in the spa, no joke."

"A most friendly hotel with high class reception service also in English . All from buss tables , ski cards, weather information, coffee bringing to the room or a beer to the wellness area. Clean wellness with all you need. Nice renovated rooms and balcony. A lot of parking place , also a big carport. The Marcialonga tracks are 50m from the hotel. Busstop 30m. We visited this hotel for the fifth time and everytime its ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. By Car Passo Lavaze 1 h , Seiser Alm 1:10 and San Pellegrino 15 min. / Mikael."

We had half board, always three first courses and three second courses. For the requested period we were given a one-day discount. We paid 450 euros for the stay for half board."
