Jin Keer mattress is just soft and hard, the sound insulation is superb, and the sleep is full. The wet and dry separation bathroom is equipped with citrus washing and care, fresh and good smell. The front desk is warm, the robot is super convenient to deliver goods, there are free orange water and soft sugar, and the details are full. "Full marks for the AC Hotel Sayram Lake – highly recommended! My stay in the lake view room was absolutely fantastic. The room was meticulously clean; the entire space was spotless, the floor-to-ceiling windows were sparkling, the bedding was fluffy and tidy, the bathroom was odor-free, and even the smallest corners were impeccably maintained. The facilities were new and comfortable. Pulling back the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows revealed breathtaking views of Sayram Lake, with sunrises and sunsets right before your eyes – the scenery was incredibly therapeutic.
A special thanks to Jerry at the front desk for his professional and attentive service. Check-in was efficient and swift, and he was gentle and polite. He patiently explained the scenic area's routes and local注意事项 to us, meticulously answering all our questions, and was genuinely considerate. His service throughout was relaxed yet thorough, making our trip feel incredibly warm. Both the hardware (facilities) and the staff service were impeccable. This is definitely the top choice when visiting Sayram Lake, and I will choose to stay here again on my next visit!"

"The first time I went here on a business trip, I compared several hotels and finally chose here. I admired my vision, very satisfied, warm service, bedding and various supplies were very clean, electric curtains came in and said hello to the voice, the toilet was also a smart toilet, and the toilet pad was provided every day. The gate is equipped with a luggage security machine, which makes the accommodation feel safer and the key price is right. It is highly recommended that friends who come to travel or travel live here."

"The hotel is at the east gate of Sailimu Lake. It is very convenient to enter and exit. It has just opened and the facilities are very new. We have upgraded the room with a terrace. The service is also very warm. The clothes are dried too late at night to help us deliver to the door of the room. The room is large and the bedding is comfortable. Breakfast is too simple, the child wants to eat a bowl of hot noodles, it is recommended to improve, after all, the price is there, breakfast and the price do not match."

"Arrived at the hotel at 22:00, the front desk said that the garden view twin room was upgraded to a parent-child room, which is more comfortable. The actual room decoration smells super heavy.
The promotional picture should be a decoration effect picture, but there is a difference in reality.
The bath water is not hot (my companions were a little cold watching the sunset at Sai Lake, and wanted to take a hot bath to warm up), and it became colder and colder. The front desk said that because it was full, everyone took a bath at the same time, so the water temperature was not enough. The water was hot after taking a bath ten or twenty minutes later. I waited for an hour and the water temperature was still not hot enough.
The room is indeed quite large, the bed is quite comfortable, and the bathroom is large enough for dry and wet separation, but the supporting facilities are a bit cheap. You will understand it after staying there.
The breakfast is priced at 68 yuan per person. To be honest, it is expensive. There is no yogurt and coffee (the chain hotel I stayed in a few nights ago provided them). The taste is still good. There are not many varieties, but it is enough to eat."

Their response time was incredibly fast, and they meticulously answered any questions, providing thoughtful and thorough service throughout. They were never perfunctory, which made us feel truly valued. The overall environment was clean and tidy, meticulously maintained, and the hygiene was excellent. Every corner was spotless and bright, with no strange odors or dirty spots. The atmosphere was quiet, comfortable, clean, and airy, making one feel instantly relaxed and at ease upon entering.
Overall, the value for money is outstanding. Compared to similar experiences, whether it's the quality of service, the environmental conditions, or the overall experience, it far exceeded expectations and was absolutely worth every penny. The entire process offered an excellent experience, professional yet attentive, with no disappointments whatsoever. I am extremely satisfied.
I sincerely recommend this to everyone; it was a truly perfect experience! I've already saved it as a favorite and will definitely choose it again if needed in the future, and I'll also recommend it to my friends. It's a reliable choice!"

"This hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the East Gate entrance of the scenic area. The facilities are excellent, and the bedding is very comfortable. The front desk staff, especially Alamati Beke, was incredibly helpful. He brought us afternoon tea welcoming snacks and even cut the melon we brought ourselves. We really appreciate his service. The stay also included a complimentary boat ride, and Sayram Lake is stunning. Staying so close allowed us to visit both in the early morning and late evening, which was fantastic. Overall, there's room for improvement with breakfast, but everything else was perfect."
