"Where to begin… our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel was superb and very efficiently managed by Tracy, who was such a warm, welcoming and accommodating host. All of the staff were lovely, so I feel bad mentioning only a few whose names we know—John, Maria, Tony, Lin and Rami. Thank you all for looking after us so well and for being so kind to my granddaughter. It had everything you could wish for in a holiday. The location is beautiful—we explored the island and felt we were staying in the nicest part. Our suite was lovely: spacious, beautifully presented and very comfortable. Little touches such as daily housekeeping, and the fridge, teas, coffees, water and biscuits being replenished every day, really made a difference. The breakfast menu was extensive, and both breakfast and evening meals were excellent. The Full Jersey is definitely a must-try! We were so sad to leave yesterday and already can’t wait to come back.
