"We. use TWe frequently use Travelodge locations, particularly in Staines, where we have family and business interests. It’s consistently clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the facilities we expect. The staff are friendly, however, one young man, B. Srinivasa, stood out. We had a few upcoming bookings and initially confused our confirmation numbers, but he quickly and efficiently sorted it out with a friendly smile. This was during peak check-in time. There was no fuss or drama—just exceptional customer service. He resolved our issues and handled other customers seamlessly, ensuring no one felt frustrated or unattended."

"3 nights' stay with elderly mum, right after arrival flight in the evening (after a long haul flight) so this around 20mins driving distance from LHR was a good choice and pleasant experience to us overall - my mum slept soundly (had good sleep), enjoyed relaxed walk and convenience with high street and shops right downstairs of this Premier Inn. Room was generally clean, well equipped facilities (e.g. coffee machine, hair dryer, mini fridge with free bottles of water sofa-seater), bathroom was well and comfortably lit. Check-in and check-out was easy and quick. Btw, this Premier Inn is 4-floor high, nicely accessible with both lifts and staircases. Good soundproof (Premier Plus Double room). Wifi was satisfactory."

"The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the shopping mall! It's also close to the airport, only a little over ten minutes by car! The accommodation itself is great; the apartment is beautiful and clean 👍🏻 The host is wonderful, very responsive, and always willing to help 👍🏻 Check-in was easy with clear instructions, even though we arrived very late, we were able to get in and rest quickly 👍🏻 Highly recommend! We'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"We stayed for two nights in two rooms as part of our trip to royal ascot. The apartments were spotless and ideally suited for ascot, Windsor and London. We walked to the train station which is about 15 minutes. The town is great with lots of places to eat and drink. There is a public car park directly over the road which is very cheap. The apartments will be our go to when we attend royal ascot"
